A list of puns related to "General of the branch"
When he came by at first I thought he meant another position for my store, We had someone quit the other day. He meant my position because we need better numbers, and he would like me to stay in the company and build me back up to a GM.

Trying to appease people who say stuff like that is imho useless. First: Biden will be facing Trump. Is your only chance of beating Trump enough reason to vote for Biden? Hell, I quite like Biden but it'd be voting for a pile of pebbles over Trump or...well...probably...even...for...Sanders over Trump...Yeah. The point is that this should be enough reason for anyone who is not Trump supporter to vote for Biden. Is this not what we all wanted? Or actually, what we said we wanted? To get rid of Trump, the worst president ever? If Trump is indeed the worst president, then voting for anyone else would surely be an improvement, especially given what's at stake with Trump's reelection (imagine Trump [even more] unhinged knowing he doesn't have to campaign anymore).
The second point is that trying to appease these voters is never going to work. Look, Biden added or already had a lot of progressive ideas in his proposal. He endorsed Warren's plan. Did this change any "progressive" mind? No. If Biden doesn't appease them, he is basically a Republican. If he does, he is a sellout that can't be trusted. I am sure if Biden basically copy-pasted Sanders' agenda for his own, they would still find it too "centrist" or whatever.
All in all, a big majority of Sanders' voters are going to vote for Biden, as they did for HRC. For those that say crap like "you have to appease us", they probably wouldn't have voted for the candidate regardless if they are "appeased" or not. So I say screw them, let's not waste energy on trying to get them to "our" side. They'll either come or they won't but I don't think they're the ones that will determine the GE.
Introduced: Sponsor: Rep. Ann Kuster [D-NH2]
This bill was referred to the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and House Committee on Rules which will consider it before sending it to the House floor for consideration.
Just saw a memo and the individual's signature said COL, GS.
I know aides wear specific insignia, but what makes you a part of GS? Working at HQDA?
Iβm at a position now where I need to get things waived go to MEPS etc, but I need to make the decision really soon as to which branch to join. I scored an 88 on the ASVAB and need to take the DLAB but evidently, to do that, I need to go to MEPS, sweat in and go into delayed entry. Does this sound correct?
