So I'm MR 16 and within the last week or so FINALLY got around to creating my Helminth. I had been a Garuda main for a while because I love her look and kit, but it got old on missions that weren't stationary objectives to be forced to stay in one place to heal to get energy for spamming her 4 and 1. Weeelllll I read about a build using the Magus Elevate arcane on your operator and replacing her 2 with Breach Surge. So, I made a new wisp, fed it to Dio, and replaced her 2 with Breach Surge. Magus Elevate takes care of my health so I can just pop out, go back in and boom. Just use 3 a couple times and I'm always at 2 health, 100% bonus damage AND I'm massively more mobile and have better CC thanks to her brand new 2. Now I'm back to being a full time Garuda main. I love it.
What distro should I choose guys
So interesting thing. You can select which card to counter charge off Garuda (as shown below). This was in Fighting grounds against another player. Tried in rank fight, and it works there too. So the question is, do other similar cards allow you to select what to counter charge? Or is it only Garuda? Or is it only in Fighting Grounds?
I know cards like Grom that Counter charge 2 don't let you choose. I tried Gear Horse (which I guess most of you would have noticed in rank but wanted to try in fighting grounds), Cursed Lancer (to see maybe if it affects only the original on-hit counter chargers), and Zuitan (to see if it's restricted to Narukmai for some reason). None of the mentioned lets you choose.
Weird thing, I hit with Garuda while I had no flipped dmg and it still activated and did the animation for counter charging lol.
So what's going on? Why is it only Garuda that lets you select what card to counter charge? I implore others to try other on-hit counter chargers or try Garuda for yourself. But the fact is there is code in the game that enables this either means:
with Garuda being the test card for both cases.
Edit: my memory could be failing me, but I played a little bit of dungaree last month and don't remember this happening. So either my memory is bad or they just implemented this to Garuda this month.

i know some basics of command line. but that's it. i've been using user friendly distros for some time. (fedora, manjaro, opensuse). they are great, tho sometimes i still get myself stuck into some weird issue that i can only solve with the help of someone initiated into more esoteric and architecture knowledge.
how user friendly can garuda linux be? i'm attracted to the idea of performance and gaming. that's like what i want from a distro. everything running fast, and games too when i want to play.
Asking for a friend.
So I've been trying a linux for a few months with PopOS! and want to try something else. What I hear of Arch Linux sounds good for me and I want to try it out.
I've already decided on Deepin for the desktop environment but I suppose I'll switch back to KDE Plasma if I don't like it.
Right now though I'm debating on the distro and thought it would be nice to hear a few opinions first.
Both ArcoLinux and Garuda seems what I would like to try. Any advice?
P.S. My main use will be gaming so maybe I should also try ChimeraOS or even just Manjaro and build it up from there.
Edit: Thanks for all the feedback. I think I'll try the vanilla then.
I was kind of sad nobody fell for the ChimeraOS bait. I know it's for a home media server not a regular desktop but I was hoping someone would at least respond thinking I was an idiot or something. Cheers.
