A list of puns related to "Focus II"
The focus sometimes takes 3-4 seconds to focus on something in the foreground then far away to infinity. I can hear something sloooowly moving.
Fast focus on my D5 and tack sharp every shot. Its a little faster with my Z9 but maybe only 50% faster.
Is this normal? I know I need to purchase the S version, but didn't realize the performance was so bad.
My other non-S lenses are also much faster too.
Extremely Long, very sorry.
Hey there r/fable
Fable 2 is one of my favourite games ever made, hands down. While Fable TLC is certainly the fan favourite of the series, the world of Albion in Fable II just hasnβt been matched by any other game, or even any other Fable in my opinion.
That said, at this point I have played Fable II enough that Iβve developed something of a βcomfortable routineβ with the game. I always tend to play the same way with each playthrough, because, well, I know it well enough that I instinctively follow the path of least resistance. I know that itβs worth getting on the property ladder as early in the game as possible and so that by the end of the game money becomes no object and any item I could possibly want or need is easily accessible. I know that with the correct abilities unlocked combat becomes trivial and you can carve your way through armies long before the end of the game is in sight. I know that Til Death do us Part offers one of the few unique (I use that word in a very loose sense) NPCs in the game as a potential wife or husband, so I always end up marrying Alex. Fable II has never been a particularly hard game to begin with, and donβt get me wrong, the power fantasy the game provides is in itself one of the key features of Fable II that makes it stand out from other RPGs.
However, as I said, it personally makes me feel as though I tend to play the same build and make the same decisions over and over. So, in preparation for my new playthrough of Fable II (something of a yearly tradition around Christmas time), I have devised a character build that I am going to follow from start to finish. Iβd like to share this with you all as some might find it interesting, some might be able to offer potential new rules to introduce, and some may even want to give it a shot yourselves.
The Archivist is a build specifically designed to both increase difficulty (while also still allowing for controlled player progression) and to try and access as much content the game has to offer as possible. It is a magic heavy build with an emphasis on increasing spell power levels and the brutal/ dextrous styles abilities, while also restricting abilities that increase health, melee damage, speed and ranged damage. Itβs also a roleplay heavy build (should that be something youβre into), with very clear set goals for the player to aim towards that should maximise content access in a single playthrough.

>βThere are some elements that I went a bit fast on and some characters that are less developed that Iβm keeping for the second one,β Villeneuve says. βWe tried in this one to stay as close as possible to Paulβs experience. Then in the second one, I will have time to develop more some characters that were left aside a little bit. That is the theory. I hope it will work.β When in doubt, return to the book
From the LAtimes. I think its akin to the Lord of the Rings. The Fellowship of the Ring had Peter Jackson focusing on Frodo a lot, its a very linear narrative (with only like one or two flashbacks). While The Two Towers was even more of an ensemble film. Right from the start we follow these different sets of characters. I think this will help a lot with Dune Part II. It even makes sense because Paul heads towards >!becoming the driving force of making the Jihad/Crusade happen!< so to focus more/just as much on other characters would really balance that out. Not that I think Paul shouldn't be the lead in Part II, he definitely is, but its a wise decision to spend more time on other characters as well.
Since you got Gurney >!who has got to find Paul/Jessica somewhere halfway through the film with his men!< and you got >!Thufir being the Barons slave!<. Not to forget that you also have the Corrinos, I can't imagine Villeneuve having them only show up in the third act. I bet he'll give the Emperor and Irulan a bit more to do. They'll probably meet with the Baron before the final battle.
I recently finished the Burning Crusade expansion for the first time (Iβm playing the expansions as in order as possible for my first run through) and a lot of the plot beats that seemed significant were very difficult to follow, and I found myself exiting the game often to read up on the significance of certain characters, locations, and events before jumping back in. Like the Sons of Lothar, Illidan, etc. These are all important things in the story of the expansion that get passing explanations but donβt really give you enough to get truly invested in the story just going off of the game itself. And I basically ended up opening a whole can of worms revealing just how much of this came from Warcraft II.
Now, when I say remake, Iβm not talking about just updated models and such like Warcraft III got. I think a Warcraft II remake could benefit from added story elements and situations that serve to better convey the story and showcase big events that were later followed up on in Warcraft III and WoW. Warcraft III as a whole actually tells its story very well. In terms of setting up the new Horde, the Lich King, the Night Elves, Illidan, etc, it all works. There may be some contradictions now, but generally you could watch the cutscenes of that game and be completely prepared to jump into the relevant sections of WoW with that knowledge in mind. It all carries over.
Warcraft II meanwhile doesnβt have that, because a lot of its important storytelling comes from books or other material outside of the game itself. Itβs kinda crazy how many important things happened that later had an impact on WoW but werenβt shown in the game itself. For instance, all the background politics of the Alliance were not given nearly as much attention as they later would get in other work. In-game Gilneans are βthose black units who most never get to seeβ but outside of it have a whole history of not being totally on board with the Alliance and attempting to withdrawal. We have the Gnomes appearing as units in Warcraft II only to disappear in Warcraft III, and the only explanation is gained with some background story material from WoW. I just think with how much significance was given to the events of Warcraft II, a complete remake would be really great to see from a lore perspective.
In broad strokes, Iβm thinking give more time to the individual nations and their thoughts on the alliance. Differentiate their models more now that we have templates from WoW, such as giving Kul Tir

Like anything in school do whatever works for you best, because that is the best strategy in my opinions. This sub helped me a lot, so hopefully this helps you. Feel free to ask any questions.
TLDR: I attribute my success to doing a lot of anki to nail down content, following up concepts I don't know from those anki, and trying my hardest not to make the same mistake twice.

Materials: Kaplan books (free), KA doc, my own anki deck, free FL document, jack sparrow and milesdown, uPlaneta, AAMC material
April: Started the last week of april. I obtained the Kaplan 2019 books through a free means. I was still in the semester until first week of may, so I really didn't have enough time to study for MCAT then. Every night I would do one chapter of MCAT. I started out by doing the physics kaplan book. I would take my notes into anki cloze style. Literally if I saw mitochondria was the powerhouse of the cell I would type that direct statement into anki. Then after I was done studying I would sort anki by newly added and then go and choose what I wanted to be the cloze part of each question to save time. I did only the physics book until I was done with it, and that was about until the end of april.
May-end of june: After taking a short break for finals first week of may, I continued to do the one chapter a day and take notes into anki. I did NOT do any anki cards at this time at all, I just didn't have the time. I worked full time from the day after finals until the start of the semester (minus a week in july to be explained), and so immediately after work i would do my chapter and my anki then play COD with my brother for like 2 hours then go to bed. Same thing every day basically. Weekends I did 2 chapters only if I was feeling it. For orgo I did 2 chapters instead of 1 because the chapters hella short. I did not do the kaplan behavioral book, rather used the 300 pg document. I tried doing the kap end of chapter questions, they were way too hard and I stopped after like 4 days. It took me until the first week of july to do this. This would be about 1.5 hours per night. It was tiring and I occasionally took a day off bc work full time and this was hard.
July and August: For these months I did my

I have it plugged in via a HDMI capture card.
I pressed the info button a few times until every overlay is clear.
There is still a focus rectangle following my face when it detects my face.
How do I disable this?
I've tried switching AF types and disabling and enabling some AF settings but nothing seems to get rid of the thing.
EDIT: Here is a video showing the problem
EDIT: I solved it by just restarting the camera after taking the batteries out. I assume it was a bug of some sort. It outputs clean HDMI now when viewed through OBS
The option is simply absent from the Focus Shift Shooting menu, not greyed out as other reports can show for the Z6/7.
The feature is shown here on the Z7 here and also been shown on the Z6, but nowhere to be seen in the menus on the Z7II (donβt know about Z6II).
Using Nikkor Z50 2.8 lens and most up to date firmware 1.21.
And now the conclusion to the funni
Focus 5: Unleash the South.
The Southern region of America was the birthplace of the European Revolution of 1861-1865*. Though defeated by the traitor Lincoln in this conflict, the Western culture in America was merely suppressed, and soon returned into dominance in that region. Since then it has been suppressed across the land by the weak liberal party-politicians that impose the mongrel culture-imitation. We shall end this mistake and make the epicenter of the High Culture in America free to dominate the backwards races and the culture-retarders that infest this land. [The Confederacy was gamer af. And even though they lost to Jew-simp Lincoln, they did the pro gamer move of Jim Crow. The libs have been trying to undo Jim Crow, but we will do what we can to restore segregation and the South shall become a stronghold for American fascism.]
This action will enrage the majority of our enemies, the economy-rulers and the propaganda-masters, but those who are still healthy from a Cultural-pathological perspective will understand the importance of this period in the great struggle of History. Their representatives in the American super-political organism will support our policies and initiatives even more, and the outer peoples will find themselves once again under the watchful eyes of the West. [Sure, the anti-fascists will hate us for this, but the segregationist voters and elected officials will support us even more. And the n***ers will learn to keep their heads down again.]
[*Note: In Imperium, Yockey referred to the US Civil War as the War of Secession, but maybe in TNO he wants to use a name that will reframe the Civil War in a way that racists on both sides of Dixie can see as patriotic. Even though that framing is morally and historically dubious, obviously.]
Results: Yockey basically announces that the federal government will no longer enforce civil rights laws in the south (though apparently, the laws themselves arenβt immediately repealed.) This increases NPP unity and gives 75 PP.
Focus 6: The Levers of Power
[This one has been available since the first Yockey leak, but Iβve added it for completionβs sake.]
*The election of President Yockey was not just victory over the miserable party-politicians who serve extra-European interests, but a critical victory in the unremitting war for the Domination of the European People and Race. This war has been unconsciously fought sinc
... keep reading on reddit β‘I watched a video by milkandcookiesTW the other day which resulted in me embracing his argument that the next Warhammer II DLC should focus on factions from the first game.
The major points of his video, if I am remembering correctly, can be boiled down in this way:
He speaks of other things like applauding the inclusion of legendary heroes, the probable release date of Warhammer III (the latter half of 2021 for those wondering), and the hypothetical other Warhammer I faction being the Warriors of Chaos and how they could be updated.
What are your thoughts?
