A list of puns related to "Fertile Ground (film)"
Was in an A&E a few weeks back and when you are at the check in hatch you'll be asked your name, address, DOB, phone number and a next of kin all within earshot of maybe 20 or 30 people in the waiting room. I sat there myself and heard the full details of lots of others checking in, there is no privacy whatsoever.
I cant think of any other setting where this happens
I'm a city slicker and serial plant murderer. I was thinking today about the farms in the Mojave desert I used to see at work, where water was pumped in to otherwise very rocky craghy ground. Does it have to do with fertilizer? Or is it access to water. I need this broken down barney style.
This election we did better across Edmonton. We won Strathcona with the highest margin in the country and flipped Griesbach, but just as importantly we got a good amount of votes in all the other ridings. Edmonton Centre turned into a three-way race, we pulled around 30% and second place in several ridings, and 20% in pretty much all the others.
This is great. We never won Strathcona and now Griesbach because of luck or national campaigns or whatever β we won because local organizers and communities worked on it for years. If we can get that going in ridings like Edmonton Manning and Riverbend, we will grow the orange island! The people in Manning and Riverbend are not politically much different than the people in Griesbach and Strathcona!
(Edit: This isn't to deny that the national campaign and leader aren't important or impactful β just that it's not enough on its own)
Not sure if it's intended or a to be fixed.
