A list of puns related to "Electronic correlation"
https://s.surveyplanet.com/ptbgrgmi
I need about 5-8 participants, doing this for my sociology class to see a correlation between age and electronic usage. 8 questions in total and it shouldn't take long to finish.
Update: Got my data. Thanks to everyone who participated!
NEC Electronics is at 7501 Foothills Blvd Roseville CA 95747
I am considering moving to a subdivision within a mile of the place. Semiconductor plants can potentially poison the environment around them.
Do you know of any health issues being reported in association with living in the close vicinity of this location?

A closer look: Correlative single‐particle cryogenic photoluminescence spectroscopy and cryogenic electron tomography analysis of CdSSe/ZnS core/shell quantum dots reveals spontaneous splitting of the photoluminescence spectrum of single quantum dots into two distinct emission bands ≈80 meV apart. These surprising photoluminescence dynamics are directly correlated with tomographic structures.
Cryogenic single‐particle photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy has been used with great success to directly observe the heterogeneous photophysical states present in a population of luminescent particles. Cryogenic electron tomography provides complementary nanometer scale structural information to PL spectroscopy, but the two techniques have not been correlated due to technical challenges. Here, we present a method for correlating single‐particle information from these two powerful microscopy modalities. We simultaneously observe PL brightness, emission spectrum, and in‐plane excitation dipole orientation of CdSSe/ZnS quantum dots suspended in vitreous ice. Stable and fluctuating emitters were observed, as well as a surprising splitting of the PL spectrum into two bands with an average energy separation of 80 meV. In some cases, the onset of the splitting corresponded to changes in the in‐plane excitation dipole orientation. These dynamics were assigned to structures of individual quantum dots and the excitation dipoles were visualized in the context of structural features.

On February 24th, a system-wide crash at the Fed disabled the movement and reporting of electronic cash flow for approximately 3.5 hours. During this time, financial institutions were unable to move money around and make payments using the National Settlement Service which clears settlements for the DTC. Suddenly, when the system came back online, "meme stocks" began going bonkers with massive volume spikes followed by swells of gains into after hours. We believe that due to systemwide delays to intraday settlement reporting, when the system came back online, it attempted to start settling naked shorts.
Even Ryan Cohen himself attempted to point out the problem with his legendary McDonald's Ice Cream cone tweet. Ken Griffin was quick to publicly blame RC's tweet for the sudden surge and provided a convenient red herring to distract from possible evidence of naked shorts, that if revealed to be true, would open up many more questions into his positions and the continued naked short selling of GameStop.
We've come to two distinct conclusions about what happened on February 24th:
Someone in Phil of Mind mentioned this article, here's a bad copy of it http://www.u.arizona.edu/~thorgan/papers/mind/IPandPI.htm THE INTENTIONALITY OF PHENOMENOLOGY AND THE PHENOMENOLOGY OF INTENTIONALITY
I'd been wondering why I hadn't connected the two enough until recently and that paper points out that they're been treated separately by different stands of academia. But they argue they are inseparable. What views are held here?
I'd been kinda accepting that qualia is just what it's like being a particular pattern of stuff in the universe. But, despite accepting that the brain patterns evolved because they connected senses to actions intelligently - so like running a model of the world - i feel confused at how my qualia are that model. Then I think no that's not confusing because it is a model of a world so why shouldn't the qualia be. Well because the neuronal networks are just being themselves, so their qualia should be of themselves? It's only the big picture of how it functions that means it's a model of a world. So qualia are shaped by the function not just what it's like to be? But how can an abstract function become a real qualia, really experienced?
Edit: the above might not seem to make sense if it seems that an experience of being in a body looking out & listening out etc is naturally what it's like to be us, from our point of view. But it's not what it's like to be inside a skull, I guess is the issue.
Fluorescent proteins facilitate a variety of imaging paradigms in live and fixed samples. However, they lose their fluorescence after heavy fixation, hindering applications such as correlative light and electron microscopy (CLEM). Here we report engineered variants of the photoconvertible Eos fluorescent protein that fluoresce and photoconvert normally in heavily fixed (0.5-1% OsO4), plastic resin-embedded samples, enabling correlative super-resolution fluorescence imaging and high-quality electron microscopy.

Article:
Energy for all waves I can think of depend on the square of amplitude but with photons it only depends on frequency. Is it because every photon has the same amplitude and 'adding aptitude' is akin to superimposing multiple photons onto of each other?
I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
