A list of puns related to "Dudley Ward Way"
I've forgotten a lot of this fic, all I remember is one specific scene and some shaky details, so if anyone is able to recognize it I'd be very grateful. It was a longish fic, and I'm 98 % sure it was a Severitus, or at least "Snape becomes Harry's guardian" story. The one scene I remember is this:
It's the end of the school year, and Vernon has picked Harry up from the train station and is driving him home. They're almost back to Privet Drive when the road is blocked by emergency vehicles. It turns out the Dursleys' home has been destroyed by Death Eaters, and Petunia and (maybe?) Dudley have been killed in the attack. Vernon and Harry both get out of the car and stand there in shock, until some Order members apparate in and tell Harry that they have to take him away immediately, because with Petunia dead the wards protecting him are gone, and Voldemort could attack him there at any second.
I believe it was on a non-ao3 site, but I could be wrong.
As the title suggests I just got into the game and really love it and was looking to try to and get all the expansions for it but can't seem to find blood moon or upper cathedral ward for less than $200 a piece.
Does anyone know is this normal or am I missing something obvious?
Any help or advice would be great!
EDIT: when I wrote this I mean Petunia FELT like she was treated second best, her rant in Book 1 seems to indicate this. Thereβs no real evidence that her perception was reality.
I'm messing up WAY more than I used to. I have to consciously space the timing between placing the ward and hopping to it, whereas before I would just place the ward and hop to it all in one swoop. What's going on here?
Other than praying thanks
Picture me as a support: invading enemy jungle with my jungler, and by using oracle lens, for a second I think "What's this on this bush? Is this a champion?". Maybe I'm just nitpicking, but I hate it when there are things in the game that make me think for more than I usually would if not for cosmetics. What do you think?
They are both arrogant spoiled bullies. One is just more attractive.
I recently read a fic that has Snape reincarnating into a toddler Harry after he dies and Harry reincarnate into Dudley after he is killed by Voldemort.
Harry (Severus) becomes a Hufflepuff and called Dudley (Harry) Hudley. I didn't manage to get into much before my phone died and I'd appreciate if anyone here could help find it.
Thanks in advance!
I am working on an adventure for my group to break a magic ward that holds an extraplanar entity out of the material plane. My only hang-up is that I really don't have an interesting or fun way for the players to destroy the ward.
Blood and/or sacrifice is to cliche. Destroying it with a magic weapon is not all that fun unless there is a timer, but the ward has been in place for thousands of years. I would need a fun and interesting timer idea to go with it and a reason that it has been dormant for thousands of years and just now starts ticking down when the PCs get close. I don't know...
What is the most interesting and/or fun way that you have seen/read/experienced to destroy a magical effect?
This is an idea that's been stuck in my head for days but I haven't quite cracked how to handle it yet. So I'm asking what how would you handle the dynamics?
What are good ways to spend time at a psych ward?
The game could have different types of contracts, one of them could be some type of demolition game, where a bomb spawns on a map, and a team has to defuse it, or a team has to plant a bomb or something similar, creating more engaging fights.
Making contracts could be something different from making money only, the same way recons give you something extra.Eg: If you finish the most wanted alive you and everyone that is alive get self rez.Eg: Finishing the bounty contract by killing a team could get you the double time perk.Eg: Successfully evading a team chasing you in a bounty contract could give you the Ghost perk.Eg: If you kill a most wanted contract, you could get the tracker perk.
(This way people could get use of another types of perks because I feel like I will never use most of the perks of the game. and can make a team have a new tactic to play the game, like making more contracts, different ones, and not only scavengers and bountys.)
Making a contract more than once could give you different tiers of perks.
Making the bounty twice or more could give you more and more perks for instance, same goes to any other contract.
(This would create new kind of loadouts, so the meta could change for something more exciting and new ways to play the game and reward those who take risks.)
The perk system in warzone should be completely different from the perk system in the multiplayer, they could rework the ways you can get perks, instead of having to choose 3 for eg, you could farm contracts to gain each perk, Because there are perks that are cool for warzone but no one will ever use them because there's simply a enforced meta of choosing always the same perks. Multiplayer is a different mechanic, therefore perks in warzone should be different. EG. Everyone will always choose ghost. No One will ever use tune up (faster rez time).
You can't have a skin for the pistol that you land in the beginning equipped.
QOS bug: Scavenger mission starts at 0/3 then 1/3 , 2/3 , it should be 1/3 , 2/3 , 3/3Friend list and recent players should get a rework:
Recent players should show you the players that killed you or the players that won the game, and group together the list by game, because its kinda hard to see 150 players that you last seen 1 min ago. Recent players could be removed and you could have a recent games tab. inside the recent games it could show you a non bugged scoreboard of your team and maybe the other players, and it could show you who kill

Residents across the city had the opportunity to vote this past Election Day to change the name of Dudley Square -- named after the former Massachusetts governor who was tied to laws permitting slavery-- to Nubian Square. It may not have been approved city-wide, but the vote was non-binding. Yawkey Way is the former name of a street outside of Fenway Park but was changed recently because of the allegations of racism in the namesake's past. What other areas of Boston should be renamed?
Everyday, he will lie that he is down to his last osmosis kit...or whatever
Everyday you kill someone to return it to him.
Everyday he tells you he had a dozen in back up anyway.
He is intent on destroying the human race, yet the best we ever try to do to stop him is stealing his teddy bear, pencil and coffee. Yet he somehow has new ones each day.
Do not be fooled by the name "settlers". They are genocidal blood thirsty maniacs and not worthy of our time. Foundation is a dump.
