Hi Guys, I just wanted to share the case of Arianna Fitts and her murdered mother Nicole Fitts. I hope that one day Arianna can be found and Nicole's killer arrested. For this write up I'm patching the story together the best that I can from different sources. Hopefully it turns out to be cohesive and makes sense. Thanks for reading.
Nicole's Murder and Arianna's Disappearance:
During late November of 2015, Nicole Fitts, Arianna's mother, no longer felt safe with her roommate situation in Daly City, California. Nicole was working towards finding a housing situation that would be suitable for herself, Arianna and Arianna's older sister. Nicole began to commute from Santa Cruz - where she had relatives - to San Francisco - where she worked - in order to stay afloat. She had been accepting as much overtime as she could in order to save up for a deposit on a place in the San Francisco Bay Area and to replace items that she couldn't retrieve from her former babysitter and roommate Lemasani Briggs.
At this point Helena Martin (and her husband Devin Martin) became Arianna's full time babysitters. If Helena was unavailable, her sister Ciolo Hearne (Spelt Siolo in some sources) would babysit little Arianna. Nicole clearly built a trust with Helena and Devin, she even described them as supportive, friendly and especially helpful. An informal babysitting/foster care arrangement was put in place while Nicole was in the vulnerable position of finding a new home for herself and Arianna. Arianna would often stay overnight at her babysitter's in Oakland, California in order to give her a more stable environment. Between commuting to her work in San Francisco, working overtime, finding a place to stay in the Bay Area and balancing everyday life, Nicole would visit Arianna as much as she could.
In February 2016 Nicole had finally found a place to live in San Francisco. One of Nicole's co-workers invited her and Arianna to move in. It was just minutes away from Nicole's work. But it was miles away from the babysitters' and they reportedly didn't want to let go of Arianna. At this stage the Martins wouldn't let Nicole see Arianna at all. No one in Arianna's family had seen her since sometime in mid-February 2016.
For some reason this goes on for 6 weeks. Nicole is prevented from seeing her daughter. I cannot really find any information on why she doesn't approach the police about this or why she lets it go on for so long. Crime Watch Daily mentions that the

Arianna Fitts, meanwhile, was last confirmedly seen sometime in February of 2016 in Oakland, though it is not clear by whom she was last seen.
Nicole, who went by Nikki, grew up the middle child of three sisters raised by a single mother. Nikki has been described as shy and naive growing up, but seems to have been an incredibly kind, compassionate, driven young woman. As a teenager she volunteered frequently at Culver Slauson Recreation Center, and at just 15 received an award from the city of Los Angeles for her volunteer work.
In 2012, Nikki, her younger sister Tess, and Tess’s girlfriend moved into an apartment together in Pacifica. Not much has been said about her, but at some point in this time period Nikki had a daughter named Sendy. The three had a hard time affording their apartment, and when Tess and her girlfriend moved out, Nikki, pregnant with Arianna at the time, wound up in a women’s homeless shelter, while Sendy was sent to live with her dad. At this shelter, Nikki met and began a relationship with Lemasani Briggs, who invited Nikki to move in with her. Nikki initially paid Briggs rent and also paid her to watch Arianna while Nikki worked. Tess claims Briggs was taking advantage of Nikki, and eventually Briggs’ nieces, Siolo Hearne and Helena Martin, began babysitting Arianna. Nicole Fitts, 32, was struggling. The single mother had long been dealing with financial problems and the stresses of raising two daughters on her own in the high-cost San Francisco Bay Area. She had sent her oldest daughter to live with the child’s father in Southern California, and Nicole and her youngest daughter, Arianna, moved into a homeless shelter. It was at that shelter where Nicole met Lemasani Briggs, a self-proclaimed evangelist and street pastor, who offered to let Nicole and Arianna live at her home. Nicole agreed to pay rent and babysitting fees.
However, Nicole’s sister claims that Briggs abused Nicole and took advantage of her vulnerable position. Briggs didn’t allow Nicole to have a key to the apartment, so she could only get access to the home when Briggs was there. Nicole’s sister also claims that Briggs read Nicole’s private journal and called her names in abusive text messages. With the situation becoming toxic, Nicole looked for other care options for Arianna, but childcare was expensive and options were limited. Eventually, Nicole allowed Briggs’ nieces Siolo Hearne (spelled Ciolo in some sources) and Helena Hearne Martin and Martin’s husband, Devin Martin, to babysit Arianna. While Nicole’s sister says that she was uncomfortable with Nicole’s decision to let Briggs’ family watch Arianna, Nicole claimed the nieces weren’t close with Briggs, so she thought it was safe.
After a few months, Nicole’s living arrangements with Briggs began to deteriorate further. Briggs had inflated the prices and was charging so much for rent that Nicole was giving most of her income to Briggs, and it was getting harder for her to access the apartment. Nicole’s sister and a friend helped move Nicole and Arianna from Briggs’ home to the sister’s home in Santa Cruz, California, approximately 70 miles south. They were concerned for their safety, so they informed the San Francisco Police Department that they were moving Nicole from an abusive living situation and that they may require backup.
Nicole retained her job at a San Francisco area Best Buy, however, and she commuted to her job—nearly two hours each way. The commute was exhausting, and Nicole’s hours were long. She was working overtime and overnight shifts, so she often stayed with friends in the Bay Area. They could do something popular, that takes off like goat cheese balls, only more interesting.
They could do their own signature sangria or margarita mix and sell it at the restaurant. She wanted to make a spectacular margarita.
It would be very challenging. LA is packed with places that know how to make an upscale, awesome margarita. But if they came up with something special, they could do it and LA would be the place to get people to show up, just for the margaritas and fancy tidbits.
A margarita mix that has no high fructose corn syrup for a start. Maybe with agave sweetener and organic ingredients and purified water. The best balance of sweet and tart and a pretty presentation like the drinks in Ariana's book.
They could experiment and come up with stuff that is better than the magic mushroom inspired ideas of the Toms.

Two men have been arrested in London over the 2007 disappearance of Doncaster teenager Andrew Gosden.
South Yorkshire Police and the Metropolitan Police jointly detained the two men on 8 December 2021 but the arrests have only just been made public.
A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of kidnap, human trafficking and the possession of indecent images of children, and a 38-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of kidnap and human trafficking. Both have now been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
Andrew Gosden, who would be 28 now, disappeared in September 2007. The then 14-year-old boarded a train from Doncaster to London, with CCTV cameras capturing him when he arrived at Kings Cross Station. That was the last known sighting of Andrew, and since then no information about his movements have been corroborated by police.
At the time he lived with his parents and sister in the Balby area of Doncaster, and withdrew £200 from his bank account on a day when he was supposed to be in lessons at McAuley Catholic High School. He bought a one-way train ticket to the capital.
Senior investigating officer Detective Inspector Andy Knowles said: “Our priority at this time is supporting Andrew’s family while we work through this new line of enquiry in the investigation. We are in close contact with them and they ask that their privacy is respected as our investigation continues.
“We have made numerous appeals over the years to find out where Andrew is and what happened to him when he disappeared. I would encourage anyone with any information they have not yet reported to come forward.”

This being said, let's move forward.
According to Charley Project, Sherri's Mom was last seen by her daughters in Melbournce, Florida sometime in June 2003. She was arrested for trespassing in Jacksonville, Florida on November 27, 2005, and was last seen when she was released the next day. This is the last indication of her whereabouts. At the time of her disappearance, she had a "high risk" lifestyle and was transient throughout southeast Florida.
She has never been heard from again, and her daughters hired a private investigators who was unable to locate her. A former boyfriend reported Francis missing in 2015. Few details are available in her case, but her determined daughter has spent years piecing together every clue she could find.

Lauren Spierer was a junior at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, studying apparel merchandising in 2011. A native of Scarsdale, New York, Lauren had a tight group of friends on and off campus. That makes her now-10-year disappearance even more baffling.
Lauren's case has received a lot of media attention since she went missing, including national coverage from the likes of Nancy Grace and People Magazine. But there are still so many unresolved questions from that night, including the biggest—where is Lauren?
The day Lauren went missing. On the late evening of June 2nd, 2011, Lauren was seen leaving her apartment with a friend, David Rohn. The two went to another mutual friend’s apartment, Jay Rosenbaum. Lauren, David and Jay had plans to meet up with Jay’s neighbor, Corey Rossman. There were approximately 10 people at Corey’s apartment with reports of heavy drinking and drug use. By midnight, David heads back to his apartment at Smallwoods Plaza and per surveillance footage, he isn’t seen leaving the apartment again around 11AM the next morning.
By 1:46AM, Lauren goes to Kilroy Sports Bar and is later seen leaving the bar with Corey Rossman by 2:27AM. Lauren leaves behind her shoes at the bar because the bar has a sand- covered patio. Trenton’s mother, 21 year-old Melinda Duckett, told police that she put Trenton to bed around 7:00 pm that evening, and, when she went into his room to check on him a couple of hours later, her son was missing and the screen to his bedroom window in their ground-floor apartment had been cut.
Melinda quickly became the prime suspect in her son's disappearance, but no physical evidence has ever linked her to the crime. Prior to his disappearance, Trenton's life had been one marked by upheaval and turbulence, and the sheer amount of rumors, accusations, and lack of evidence make this case a particularly frustrating one.
It’s been over 15 years since that night, and no trace of Trenton Duckett has ever been found.
A Turbulent Relationship
Trenton was born on August 10, 2004 to Melinda Duckett (neé Eubank) and Joshua Duckett. Melinda moved to Florida when she was 17 years-old to live with her adoptive grandparents, who resided in The Villages. Melinda was born in South Korea and adopted by American parents when she was four months old, and she spent most of her childhood in Lockport, New York, just a few miles from the Canadian border.
Melinda met Josh Duckett shortly after moving to Florida. They started dating when they were both students at South Sumter High School; Melinda got pregnant while they were still in high school, and Trenton was born shortly after they graduated. Their relationship was incredibly volatile, and the two broke up in April 2005. Soon after Josh moved out, he contacted the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), alleging that Melinda threatened to harm Trenton unless Josh came over to her house to talk to her. DCF investigated these claims, but found no evidence of them, and Trenton remained in his mother's care.

She was in a homeless shelter with her youngest daughter, 2-year-old Arianna, and just trying to get by.
That's why, when 'Street pastor' Lemansi Briggs offered her a place to stay and to babysit her child, she felt her luck was changing. She even got a job at Best Buy that year and started doing long hours and overtime to save up for her and her daughters' future.
This arrangement continued for months, until Nicole decided to switch babysitters from Briggs, to Briggs' nieces, Siolo and Helena, along with Helena's husband, Devin.
She would soon divulge to her sister why she had done this: Briggs was borderline abusive.
Tessa, Nicole's sister, and her girlfriend Claire refused to let Nicole and Arianna stay there and Nicole finally agreed to move in with them. Despite Tessa's reservations, Nicole insisted it was okay to leave Arianna with the babysitters.
Soon 2016 came around, and by this point Nicole had found a new place with a coworker, and even was offered new babysitting arrangements.
Siolo and Helena didn't like this change of plans.
They would refuse to let Nicole see or pick up Arianna on occasion, saying they had taken her out of town when Nicole had never given them permission.
It's unknown when the last time Nicole saw Arianna was, but members of the family say the last time they saw Arianna was in February 2016.
By April, Nicole had decided enough was enough, and on the 1st, she told her coworker and roommate that she was going to get Arianna back.
She later withdrew $600 from her account and went to meet the babysitters at a restaurant, telling her roommate she'd be back soon.
That was the last time she was known to be seen alive.
The next morning her roommate woke up to a strange, out of character text, as well as a Facebook status on Nicole's account. The text stated that she was going to Fresno with a friend called Sam. Her roommate had never head of a Sam and knew that Nicole didn't even have a car to get to Fresno.
Her family reported her and Arianna missing and on the 8th, she would be found dead in a shallow grave in a park.
It's not believed that Arianna was with her mother when she was killed. Police also believe that Arianna could very well still be alive, and in the same area.
They have stated that the babysitters have stopped cooperating with police, and their statements have been contradictory. Also, they have even publicly said that they believe that Nicole's deat
