A list of puns related to "Daniel Marsh"
In 2013, 16 year old Davis resident Daniel Marsh cut the window screen of old couple Claudia Maupin and Oliver Northupโs home and brutally murdered then mutilated them (he put a cellphone and wine glass in their disemboweled bodies). He has his appeal in a few days, hoping for early release since he was tried as an adult when convicted.
Thought this would be interesting for the true crime gang and any fellow UC Davis students. X
Update: his appeal was denied.
As many people have stated as of late, I have no idea what the Referee crew from Monday night was thinking. But with all the talk about Cassius, I feel everyone has forgotten about the worse penalty on James Daniels.
He was flagged for a low block outside the Tight End box against TJ Watt. Not only was Daniels in the box, making the penalty invalid, but he also didn't even make contact with Watt. This has been completely overlooked by most people, and it's an insane call. How many more incorrect calls can we expect like these during the upcoming games tomorrow?
Hello,
Wondering if anyone has heard about these murders. Under 16 when he committed the murders, he now has a hearing in a couple of weeks to determine if he should be tried as a juvenile. A true serial killer in the making, he was planning his next kill when he was arrested. I hope this is a hearing to go through the motions. How in the world can anyone unleash this true psychopath into the publicโฆ

This is the petition link, but it also has all of the articles and CBS show links as well.
A court hearing is coming soon to see if he should have been tried as a juvenile.
A true horror story in Northern California.

In 2013, 15 year old Daniel Marsh killed an elderly couple in their own home. Years later after being convicted for the crime, Marsh did a Ted Talk called โEmbracing our Humanityโ where he revisits his crimes and explains why from his own personal experience people like himself change in prison and why they deserve redemption. This was in light of Prop. 57, a law that could allow previously convicted minors a chance at parole. Having heard of this case for the first time, I was curious as to how Daniel Marsh came across during his ted talk and if indeed he seemed remorseful for his crimes. Much to my shock, I found the Talk to be restricted and allowed viewing only to those who had permission from the videoโs owner. I find this extremely odd for a couple of reasons. A few Ted talks have already been banned or removed from accessible viewing for reasons such as political incorrectness, scientific validity, or plain old mean jokes. Ted talks are made with the purpose of sharing knowledge and perspective but when the video itself pertains this kind of information, itโs forever lost to the public. I want to know why was this specific talk heavily restricted and if anyone knows where I can watch it?

โSomethingโs in the Airโ
Tonight, Ash chose a rather precarious new spot to do some reading. Having grown sick of his cramped apartment, he had walked out onto the balcony and hefted himself up onto the roof. The climb up had required the use of a wobbly foot stool, as well as an exorbitant amount of his upper-body strength. As Ash tumbled over onto a gravel surface, he held his ribs tenderly, sore from where they had pressed into the concrete ledge. Thankfully, nobody had been watching his pitiful attempt to access the roof, and Ash was glad to be alone up above. He slowly rose and peered over the edge.
He was only ten feet higher than his balcony, but combined with the lack of a guard rail, the fall to the street down below seemed deadlier than usual. The sidewalk and cars he had grown used to seeing every day took on a dangerous aura in the orange street lights. One wrong move, and they would be the last thing he ever sawโฆ or felt. Ash carefully retreated from the ledge, to what looked like a brick chimney with two turbine vents sitting atop it.
After managing to get as comfortable as he could while sitting on coarse gravel and leaning against stubborn brick, Ash pulled out his book; it was a paperback novel that had been stored in his rear pocket throughout the entire ordeal. In the streetlightsโ soft glow he read the cover, โClara and the Darkest of Days.โ Below the white stylized font, on a pure black background, a figure was drawn emitting sunshine. Looking closer, Ash made it out to be that of a female, undoubtedly the titular Clara.
Ash took a deep breathโฆ and cracked open the cover. The novel smelled new, a fresh scent amongst the cityโs worn and tepid odor. He flipped to the front page and let himself be whisked away.

Ten blocks west, Brooke Daniels was following a high-speed police chase. With one leg, she pushed off the ground and launched herself several hundred feet into the sky. The cityโs warm air disappeared as she rose higher than the apartments and offices, into the fresher winds above. She looked down, and her eyes focused on the line of flashing red and blue lights speeding through the streets. Ahead of t

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
NB: 100% opinionated and personalized list. Choices limited to my personal viewing history, and shows were chosen based on originality, creativity and uniqueness (as those are 3 main factors I look for in TV shows).
Reservation Dogs follows a group of 4 Indigenous teenagers living in rural Oklahoma, as they try to make and save money by almost any means necessary, to get away from their boring and despondent lives. It's easy-going, thoughtful, and quite realistic besides the occasional moments of surrealism. The dialogue feels very authentic, and it, along with its charming and slightly quirky characters, provides a lot of witty humor. It's also fun and youthful, especially for a series that aims to capture the mundane of living in a small town such as the one it portrays. But as if like a foreshadowing of what's to be revealed later on, you can sense the dark cloud hanging over the characters' heads from the very 1st episode.
Ironically with its old-school art style and visuals, the most attractive thing about Invincible are the bloody, gory and gruesome action sequences. But it has much to give in plot as well; intriguing mysteries, interesting conflicts, thoughtful commentaries on humanity etc., making it one of the better offerings from the comic-book catalog we've seen in a while.
There seems to be a recent uptick in documentaries lately, but most of them don't come with the creative execution seen here in Supervillain: The Making of Tekashi 6ix9ine. Narrated by Giancarlo Esposito, and retracing the rise to fame of one Daniel Hernandez a.k.a Tekashi 6ix9ine, it may surprised you how much of a multifaceted story is told here. From corny fashions, to gangs, to domestic abuse etc., this isn't just a documentary about the controversial rapper, but also one about the attention craved social-media age we live in, where people are constantly exploiting it for fame and money.
Threesome is a relationship drama that sho

TAS vs SA Second XI, featuring former Australian captain Tim Paine
The Matches So Far
At the SCG, fighting half centuries from Daniel Hughes and debutant Hayden Kerr helped NSW to a total of 233 on Day 1, with an all-round strong bowling display from Victoria having the better of the Blues. The tables were turned, however, when Chris Tremain reduced the Victorians to 3/2 in the first three overs. With no play possible on Day 2, Travis Dean and Jonathan Merlo will be looking to continue their partnership and put up a decent total.
Meanwhile, at Blundstone, Gabe Bell and Lawrence Neil-Smith made short work of the Western Australian top order, Sam Whiteman being the only batter in the top 5 to pass 20. Once he passed 20 though, there was no stopping him, with Whiteman currently on an unbeaten 151, with half-centuries from Josh Philippe and DโArcy Short helping the West Australians to an impressive total of 6/350. Whiteman and Jhye Richardson will be resuming the batting, and Tasmania will be hoping that they can get some wickets soon before the game gets completely out of their grasp.

The matches so far
All three matches are likely to give a result today, a pleasant change from the first part of the comp.
At Drummoyne, centuries from Marcus Harris and Peter Handscomb put Victoria in the box-seat, setting NSW 339 runs to win. Further driving home the Victorian advantage, Matt Short took the wicket of Daniel Hughes yesterday, leaving them with just needing nine wickets for victory. Will NSW be able to avoid the embarrassment of their second innings collapse, or will they give Victoria a win to start their season off well?
At Townsville, a declaration from Queensland set Tasmania a target of 438 runs to win. A 100+ opening partnership from Tim Ward and Caleb Jewell would have given hope for the Tasmanians, but a wicket late in the day from James Bazley ensured that the Queenslanders are still very much in the contest.
Meanwhile, at the WACA, after going against their nature for the second innings, and much of the third, South Australia South Australiaed, collapsing and setting Western Australia a small target of 121 runs. However, three quick wickets mean that all is not lost for the Redbacks, who could give Western Australia the ultimate humiliation - losing to Tasmania and South Australia in successive games.
Do your worst!

I was just thinking of who is going to be in the XI and the competition for spots. I've decided to include Cam Green as a little exposure to white ball cricket might help free up some of his stroke play and what he offers with the ball gives the team great balance. To fit him in I'm not sure if you can play both Smith and Labuschagne.
There are also another couple of players that I feel like are ready to play more ODI stuff those being Ben McDermott, Ashton Agar, Jhye Richardson and Daniel Sams but I couldn't find space for any of them.
Anyway my XI
Warner Finch Smith Green Marsh Maxwell Carey Starc Cummins Zampa Hazlewood
With Green in there it gives you four top notch pace options with Marsh for any extra overs plus Zampa and Maxwell to give both wrist and finger spin options. The batting still looks strong with the right mix of accumulators and power hitters.
Who would be in your XI?
