So y’all know how at the end of Nightfall Sophie’s human parents had to have their memories erased and stuff? Well Damel was the Washer who did that. He finds out that Sophie is an Enhancer and is able to break their memories and wash them really thoroughly. So at this point the Neverseen still don’t know about Sophie’s Enhancing, but at the beginning of Flashback, Gethen hints that he knows when he shows up with Umber. I think Damel is one of the Neverseen’s Washers and he told them about her new power. We know that the Neverseen are very careful about what they allow people to see and Lady Gisela mentioned that they have a lot of Washers. One of them might be Damel. Or it could just be me over analyzing things in a desperate attempt to figure out what’s going to happen in Unlocked or book 9. But yeah that’s what I think.

I've been running the game fine until now, when I decided to head over to Faron and activate the tower. I went through part of the area that is covered by the lake tower, which I hadn't activated yet but I had to later to figure out exactly where it was that this was happening. So after activating it I found out that is was the Damel Forest causing the issue, picture of where on the map here (marked by the skull). Kinda new to Cemu so not too sure what all I can do.

Any advice/insight would be greatly appreciated. I can also supply more information or a video/more pictures if needed.

Edit: Seems that the problem was with the "No Shield Damage While Surfing" mod, the author knows about the problem and is working on a solution, the only thing to do right now is disable it if you're on Cemu 1.15, for older versions you'll have to find the files and replace them (hopefully you made a backup).

Edit 2: Somebody posted a working version of the mod in the comments on the mod page.

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.

Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

Alot of great jokes get posted here! However just because you have a joke, doesn't mean it's a dad joke.

Try telling these sexual jokes that get posted here, to your kid and see how your spouse likes it.. if that goes well, Try telling one of your friends kid about your sex life being like Coca cola, first it was normal, than light and now zero , and see if the parents are OK with you telling their kid the "dad joke"
