I made a big mistake of taking my application to apply to a CS program in Canada to this bullshit of a company called "Eduleverage". These guys are making my life living hell. Their education counselor doesn't know shit about colleges(I had to advice him multiple times because he was choosing wrong colleges for me) and basically just lies to get things done quickly.
After applying to the college, they told me that college will communicate with me but I'm not getting any emails. After asking him, he said that their company will handle all the communication(of course after I made the payment and everything's done he's telling me the truth now). After 3 weeks in, I called and he had the balls to tell me that an entire week ago college said I need some different transcript. A WEEK AGO? and he's telling me when I contacted him? he doesn't pick up my calls and there's some issue with the docs and he's not explaining to me what's really going on. Reaching him takes like 2 days and he gives lame replies like "I'll confirm with the team" or "everything's going good".
How can I take the application back from these fucking nut jobs and proceed with myself? Is it too late to do that? This is my dream college and I don't want to mess up anything. All I can think is complaining to the company about this idiot but I don't think that'll do anything much

I'm not gonna repost the emails here or identify the student / the faculty they mention, but my goodness this either goes very well for the student or very badly. It does appear to at least come from a real student / from their actual university email address. They attached a couple videos of additional evidence but I'm not about to click on them regardless. One of the accusations towards the advisor (I've neutralized the gender pronouns): " Most disturbingly, [they] would often ask me to take semi-naked (70% naked) pictures of [themselves] at *my apartment's gym* while [they were] posingΒ like a bodybuilder. "
It looks like they sent it to all the major news organizations too, those were the first emails in the long CC list. That on top of sending it to all these top schools. Like I say, this either goes really well or really badly for them. The big question is does a t-shirt and jeans count as 70% naked if you're not wearing socks.

UPDATE: Happy ending. The student just emailed everyone again to apologize. Stated that this was all a result of miscommunication. Thanked the committee members, advisor, and Dean for their understanding and for not punishing them over this and helping them to complete their degree etc. Apparently whatever happened it wasn't exactly as the student described, but the professors showed high class by allowing the student to grow from this mistake.
I'm new to DnD, so I need an advice. Recently I had an idea about making a College of Valor bard for upcoming campaign, but I'm somewhat confused about managing his spellcasting. Bards use their instruments to provide material component for their spells, but most of them require both hands to be used. This is not very synergistic with their melee focus as I'll have to waste my actions to swap from weapon to instrument to cast spells with material component and vise versa. Do I miss something important? How do you solve this problem?
