A list of puns related to "Crossing the floor"
Tory MP Phillip Lee has defected to the Liberal Democrats, depriving Boris Johnson of his House of Commons majority.
Providing a variety of quotes that underline his dissatisfaction with both Brexit and the Conservative Party as a whole.
> βThis Conservative government is aggressively pursuing a damaging Brexit in unprincipled ways. It is putting lives and livelihoods at risk unnecessarily and it is wantonly endangering the integrity of the United Kingdom.
> βMore widely, it is undermining our countryβs economy, democracy and role in the world. It is using political manipulation, bullying and lies. And it is doing these things in a deliberate and considered way.β
Lee defected as Boris Johnson issued his his initial statement on the G7 summit. As Corbyn has been calling for a no confidence vote, it seems likely he will not be able to avoid voting for one now.
What are the long and short term ramifications for Brexit, UK politics in general and the future of the Conservative Party.

I have no idea if this is the first one floor without the glitch or not, feel free to let me know if so. The entire run took 7 hours and 44 minutes to get the clear.
I've had this interest in making a rug for a long time, and have recently gotten a loom and started weaving on that. I seem to just like the process of cross stitching more than weaving, but through my research into rug patterns I've absolutely fallen in love with traditional persian rug patterns and have been trying to find examples of creating floor rugs using a cross stitch. I figure as long as I use a thick enough thread count, keep it extra tight, and use a sturdy enough fabric base for a psuedo warp it could work in theory, but I haven't been able to find any finished products online so I'm unsure if it's just an artistic pipe dream at this point. If anyone has ever had this idea and could tell me what precautions to take before starting the project, or why it won't work for an obvious reason I'm overlooking I'd love to hear some input.
I heard somewhere that sitting cross legged, (like a young child at school) would encourage better posture. I'm 33 and fairly flexible, however I find sitting like this quite difficult in terms of hip flexibility and it feels like it is really working my back and core. I work at the computer for a large portion of each day. Should I try sitting like this for a bit each day to combat rounded shoulders and stiff neck?
So I guess you can say that they put him in pole position
