A list of puns related to "Co premise"
Hi all, thanks for reading. We're in Colorado.
We rent a single family home from a leasing company, and the actual owners of the house live out of state. We've been here for about ten months now, with a lease going through June of next year. The leasing company is coming by for a scheduled walk-through tomorrow, and the owners may be joining via video feed. They gave no reason for scheduling the walk-through, but I believe the owners requested it, which is fair, and their right as far as I know.
I have no reason to think they won't be professional and as brief as possible, nor do we have anything illegal on the property and we are very tidy people, so I expect the process to go smoothly.
With that said, I'm simply curious what my tenant rights are in this situation, and, more than anything, I'm wondering what the leasing office is allowed to do while on the property. For instance, are they only allowed to walk through and do a visual inspection, or do they have the right to be more thorough? Any other tips on being prepared for this situation?
I'm not finding any resources specific to this kind of walk-through, but I readily admit that my google-fu may be left wanting. Any help is much appreciated, and I'm happy to add any info on request.
Thanks everyone!
