A list of puns related to "Cleveland Barons (2001β2006)"
Your Sheriff calls you and says that a garou killed 5 of her deputies, and that the garou was working with your grandchilde.
I've been running a 1 on 1 chronicle with my BF set in 2009 Cleveland. The city has just been taken over by an Anarch who betrayed the previous Prince.
The Baron's childe is working with the old Prince's childe to take back Cleveland for the Camarilla, and sired my BF's PC, a Toreador, to help.
Last session, he used a garou as a distraction to get a person out of the Sheriff's custody.
So the Sheriff calls the Baron and reports that multiple deputies and other important kindred are dead. She knows the garou was part of PC's team. So as the Baron, what do you do?
Call a blood hunt on your own childe? Perhaps exile her for working with a garou. Demand the death of the PC and by that logic his childe as well?
I'm not sure what to do, so I ask you all for ideas.

4 hour long 9th Wonder beat tape letβs goooo
is this a red flag? It is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo. I was just wondering why what happened during those times why every one who buys it have to sell it in a year. Or could that be the owners upgraded to a bigger one and find it way too small ? Could be noise or something?
Wanna preface this by saying both where absolutely incredible. For me it was always hard to Beat Larry Mac, DW, and Mike Joy, and that intoxicating NASCAR on Fox theme.
But I always enjoyed BP and Bestwick too! Interested to hear where we all stand if youβre willing to discuss!
I have so few memories about this game but here goes hopefully someone remembers it.
It was an RTS game where which was set in the future and I distinctively remember that when you destroyed mech units they turned into scrap which you could gather for resources. Also I remember that there was a big bulky unit that you could train called abomination or something like along those lines. One of the late game units was a big tank resembling an Apocalypse from C&C Red Alert.
I played this game off a demo disk that came with PC gamer magazine in the Balkans it was in either early or mid 2000s.
Big thanks to anyone who has some info
2001: Goofy badass. A vastly outnumbered underdog who was the only real threat to Stone Cold, after Benoit and Jericho were relegated back down the card. His face turn was highly organic here.
2003 to 2004: Worthy adversary. Took on Big Show, Lesnar and Cena. His βYou Suckβ chants were now made out of respect from the fans, especially given his impressive injury comeback.
2006: βWrestling Machineβ. One of the best incarnations of Angle. WWE finally recognising Angleβs popularity (who had been cheered notably over the face John Cena, in their 2005 rivalry).
Angle is probably more known as a heel, but his face runs are just as well done.
So I found a mini on market place and itβs listed as a 2001 but most aftermarket parts are listed for 2002-2006 so I was just wondering what the difference is if there is one at all.
Alias' plot presented ββwas one of the most badass women of the series alongside Carrie Mathison....
ABC's Alias TV Spots - Season One (2001 - 2002) - YouTube
Sydney Bristow embraces all spheres of what it means to be a woman and does it all while still being who she is. Her resilience goes beyond the fact that she is an excellent spy, she always manages to be one step ahead of everyone else, as she is always one foot behind when it comes to trusting someone. The character's years of raw experience have taught her that appearances still hide many secrets.
In addition to leading operations against internal and external enemies, she has earned her rightful place as one of the badass characters in the series and does not accept being underestimated for being a woman. Jennifer Garner proves every day the strength that women have and that is more than admirable.
JJ Abrams managed to unite an electrifying plot, full of mysteries and twists, with relationships and family dramas that touch the depths of our soul. Abrams proves, with every show he makes, that he is an amazing screenwriter!π·

Hello!
I own a 2001 F-250 with the 7.2L diesel, which I use for towing a ~10K LBS trailer. I recently drove a 2006 F-250 diesel towing the same trailer, and the ease of driving the 2006 was incredible comparatively. The 2001 is "all over the road", you feel as though you are always actively steering and keeping the vehicle and trailer on the road. Comparatively the 2006 was smooth, I didn't have to think too much about the driving at all.
The wheelbase on both trucks is the same, and the 2001 has had a fully new suspension, red gear steering box, and E1 load rated tires installed. These have moderately improved performance but the 2006 F-250 still drives much, much better. I'm unsure why the trucks would be so different? Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts as to why they drive so differently and how I could improve the drivability of the 2001 F-250?
If you include partial careers in the 16-game season, you can add Terry Bradshaw (1978, 1979), Ken Anderson (1981), and Jimmy Garoppolo (2019) to the list.
What's the point of this stat? I dunno Β―\_(γ)_/Β―
An action rpg game that revolved heavily around stealth where you play a humanoid tiger monk/ninja/samurai type of character. Was one of the funnest games I remember playing growing up.
Hey guys so I'm facing a decision, my 1st Gen Tacoma 5Speed Manny is at 400k miles now and was thinking about getting me a lil something newer and bigger. I'm stuck between a first gen Tundra or a Frontier. I live in Colorado so 4wd is a must. I love the Toyota brand, but I also do like the simple nature of the Frontier, also comes in 6 speed manual rarely. Anyone else decided between these trucks? Thanks

Now that u/WinesburgOhio has expanded the parameters of VintageNBA to 2006, I thought I should include these guys.
2001
Gilbert Arenas 2/31
Arguably the best 2nd round pick in this time period period. Gil was drafted by the Warriors, where he exceeded expectations and became a free agent, where he signed with the Wizards. Agent Zero went Habachi in Washington, making 3 AS Teams and 3 All NBA Teams. Knee injuries and issues with guns in the locker room pretty much ended his career. He signed a pretty sweet contract in his career, one of the biggest at the time. Arenas was absolutely capable of putting up a massive amount of points at any time. Career high of 60.
Brian Scalbrine 2/35
White Mamba. βNuff said.
Mehmet Okur 2/38
A serviceable backup PF with the Pistons, who won the 2004 NBA Finals. And a very good C for the Jazz for a brief amount of time.
2002
Carlos Boozer 2/35
Played 2 seasons with Cleveland, including one with rookie Lebron. A weird handshake deal landed him on the Jazz. He formed a really good duo with Deron Williams running the pick and roll. He made an AS Team with Utah then played very well in Chicago with Derrick Rose and company.
Ron Murray 2/42
I only remember this guy because he could score a lot of points out of nowhere. Ronald βFlipβ Murray.
Matt Barnes 2/46
Barnes was known as a gritty defender who bounced around the league a lot. He won a ring with the Warriors late in his career.
Luis Scola 2/56
A very successful player in the international realm, he recently played his last Olympics with Argentina. Most notable for his time in Houston and his beautiful, flowing black locks.
2003
Luke Walton 2/32
A backup big man in the Shaq/Kobe era. Won 2 rings with the Lakers. Also a very successful college player. Maybe more recognizable as the coach of Sacramento to newer fans. Also, son of HOFer Bill Walton.
Steve Blake 2/38
A notable player that hopped around to a lot of teams but was a pretty good guard.
Zaza Pachulia 2/42
A really good player with the Hawks. Won 2 rings with the Warriors. Most notable recently for stepping under a Kawhi Leonard jump shot in the WCF in 2017.
Mo Williams 2/47
A good guard that got a lot of exposure on Cleveland due to Lebron James. Made an AS Team in 2

Genre: Side-scroller platformer
Estimated year of release: 2001-2005 (maybe earlier)
Graphics/art style: Pixel art (light pink and white colour palette)
Notable characters:
Notable gameplay mechanics: All memories are uncertain. Possibly pinwheel candy-styled powerups that let you attack enemies? Possibly moved between levels through old-school Mario-style map?
Other details: Game was candy-themed, with an almost 100% pink colour palette, with white as contrast. Possibly also a light teal/cyan as a secondary palette colour.
Large white cones made up the backdrop of at least some of the levels. These were possibly designed to resemble giant candy corns or horn-shaped pastries
There were enemies but I cannot remember if you could attack them, or if you attacked my jumping or some other mechanic.
Game was installed on a very old PC running Windows 95/98 in Perth, Australia from 2001-2006 (possibly earlier).
The only other games on the system were Age of Empires 1 and Warcraft 1. I'm unsure why, but I have a feeling that the forgotten game might have come pre-installed on the system, as it seemed very generic and I never heard or saw of it anywhere else.
I would be ridiculously grateful for any help with this. It has been killing me over a decade!
For starters, I really don't just want to shit on the 2001 film; it wasn't BAD by any means, it certainly captured some REALLY interesting stuff. I was fascinated by that take on the issues of Japanese suicide, the black wall ash was really interesting in the context of the atomic shadows seen in hiroshima/nagisaki, and it plays to a lot of elements of japanese work culture horror and the despondence of socialization that was a growing issue with modernization there. How contagious suicide is, how isolating media, the way 'red tape' is a literal analogy for the horrific red tape of the world... I think a lot of the core elements that make Kairo, the 2001 film, really great just hit flat in the 2006 edition of Pulse. In fact, if you were to quantify 2006 by the standards of what made the '01 film good, it's absolutely garbage. It has no cultural significance, versus Kairo which is essentially what I believe to be the Japanese version of how the feeling of fractured society, death and loss is echoed in suicide and feels, in some way, like their tiny little island was absolutely scarred by not one but TWO nuclear weapon detonations, same as Train to Busan captured the Sewol ferry disaster and addressed the self-serving culture of the former Korean generation.
And it did that! It absolutely did that well... but, so far as inflicting horror, though the still and quiet scenes inflict a sense of dread, and it did a lot for such a low budget film, I feel like the 2006 remake shouldn't be compared to the original for what it is... because it is built to capture the western world.
See, what Pulse (2006) addresses is... the internet. Wifi. The horrors of new technology we were utilizing globally without any knowledge of what we were doing, the way we were modernizing at such an unprecedented rate with the internet age spreading like wildfire, and it addresses a different issue to Japanese suicide in the form of teenaged desolation, isolated living in an internet-college world, the distance between people. It also shines a light on what The Ghosts are, which I feel a lot of people really disliked, but I found really cool- it was the idea of just how hard it is to contain an idea on the internet. It especially got a lot more exploratory of things such as the weird shit that was turning up on the internet at that time, snuff films, sex stuff, the really fucking nightmare elements that later slithered off to the Dark Web and the weird corners of youtube.
