It appears the case here has completely gone cold. I did a little sleuthing around and was hoping somebody could confirm or refute my inquiry. After Bullinger disappeared into the National Forest in Wyoming, police lost all tracks. It appears based of his frequent aliases that he has made his way from Idaho to Wyoming and may possibly be residing in Lake Oswego, Oregon. If anybody is familiar with the area, mind chiming in? I won’t state the possible address, but it does appear to be a satellite image of what just may be Cheryl Baker’s white 2007 Ford Focus. The plate is similar to the shade of blue that is frequent with Utah plates. Her plate number was 129UMP and I’d love to see if any of y’all possibly have an idea about any of this.
