So after reading a bunch of these posts it seems like everyone is just going through the same thing. Hi, no matter how many followers i get or what i do i only have a few people that come to my cam everytime. Unless i pay for promotion it stays to 10 viewers or even less. Do u have any tips or ideas why would this be happening?

Hi y'all, I've seen a few posts on here about cammers on streamate but thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I currently stream on chaturbate as I have a chronic illness that doesn't allow me to work in a typical 9-5. I was making pretty good money there, for about a year and half. I've had my ups and downs but recently have decided not to do anything explicit in the main chat as I'm no longer comfortable with my streams being recorded, so my income has moved into doing privates more. I've built a community and love the friends I've made, but as you can imagine it's a lot harder to pay the bills now I'm not doing cum shows all day!

Has anyone moved from Chaturbate to Streamate and would like to share how that's worked for them? How long are you usually online? Just trying to gather as much info as I can on what to expect. Now my shows are a lot more private based I don't see much the point in being on a free site anymore.

I also realise you can't market your OF/Twitter on Streamate so was thinking of marketing on reddit while I have some down time on Streamate. I also don't have the energy to cam for 5-8 hours every show and CB really rewards those who stay longer, it's especially hard when I'm not being stimulated and sitting there for ages lol. I gotta pump out OnlyFans content too. I always record my privates on Chaturbate to resell on PPV on OF, can I be banned for doing that on Streamate?

What would you suggest doing to reach Chaturbate’s support?

I have been banned for no reason and they’re keeping 5 000 $ of my money now, and the support has been silent since January 1.

What have I already done:

1. I have sent multiple emails, from different mail boxes as well (starting from January 1); no reply

2. I submitted a request using the Chaturbate’s “submit a request” form (January 1); no reply

3. I posted on Amber Cutie Forum (starting from January 3) and I have been tagging their CB representative, punker_barbie, she isn’t replying yet

4. I made a post on PissedConsumer.com (January 6); no view or reply

5. I asked some of my followers to inquire the support regarding my ban, but they are only getting automatic response to their emails and nothing else

I know there’s a chance I could be getting totally ignored, but if some of you have any ideas - please share, I am desperate.

I stream on Chaturbate, but I'm thinking about splitcamming to Twitch on a specific day for a brief hour or two gaming stream for my regulars, with a completely separate tip menu with various tiers of "yeahhh kick his ass" or somesuch. I normally cam in a completely nonsexy work shirt and pajamas anyway, so Twitch wouldn't have anything to say about my wardrobe, lol.

Haven't been able to finy anything specific in the TOS of either site. shrug I know people splitcam on CB, but that's my major income source and I wouldn't want to jeopardize it.

I just got notified that after 18 months of broadcasting fulltime and accumulating 280,000 followers, I am perma-banned on chaturbate. I have people hitting me up on twitter saying they are experts in getting people unbanned, sounds like a phishing scam to me. Has anyone heard of such a service?

I know I need to just accept it and move on, but I also don't want to leave any stones unturned.

Update: I am unbanned. I did not employ any services, I just made as much noise as possible on other platforms and eventually someone else made noise too and eventually the right person heard them and took a sympathetic ear to the situation.

Obvious throwaway account. Title says it all friends room got banned during a stream without any prior warning. My friend has no clue why. Nothing violating the rules of Chaturbate was going on at the time of the ban. Chaturbate's support seems unreachable. My friend had quite a few tokens on that account and is unable to reach them or cash them out. What is the best course of action and what can we do in a situation like this? My friend is very devastated and has no clue what to do. Any advise would be welcome.

For the last few days I’ve been experiencing a super disruptive glitch during/after private sessions—

First, my clients and I are both being kicked from private sessions very frequently this week. It’s super frustrating for all involved! (The first night this happened I logged off early thinking it was a bad connection on my end.) One of my regulars got kicked multiple times during our session and we decided to try again another day.

The main issue occurs when coming back from private- I click “return to public broadcast” and it says “your stream is now public”, but users are still seeing the Away message. I wouldn’t have even noticed but when a private crapped out and i told my regular I was ready to retry, they were seeing that I was still in a private. If I refreshed, I was then seen as “away” but because my stream said I was “public”, I could have sat there for hours thinking site traffic was awful when in reality no one can see me.

The first night I had to stop my stream entirely and refresh everything to get back to public. Now I’ve figured out if I refresh and very quickly click the “exit away mode” button before it disappears it will bring me back to public.

I thought all of this was my fault until I found some folks via Twitter experiencing all these glitches this week as well. Are you??

I’ll be contacting Chaturbate as soon as I have a chance. So frustrating to lose money over this and my clients have been pretty frustrated as well, understandably.

TLDR//

Glitch on Chaturbate is not letting some models return from private chat/is showing models that their stream is public while viewers are still seeing an “away” message.

So, I am going to be focused on Stripchat for awhile since my CB account is banned. (I hope its a misunderstanding that can be cleared up, but I am not hopeful based on all the horror stories of lost accounts I have been hearing lately)

What do I need to keep in mind heading over to stripchat from chaturbate?
