A list of puns related to "Carol Reed Mysteries"
Hello fellow Nancy Drew fans If you enjoy Nancy Drew games you may also like the Carol Reed Series to date there are 16 games in the series with the newest coming out today it's called Quarantine Diary, these games are similar to the older Nancy Drew games the graphics are not as good as some ND game's and the subject matter can be a bit darker but it's nothing too scary. Also "supposably" Miss Clue will be releasing a new game this month as well. Happy New Year's to you all
Platform(s): PC / Windows
Genre: Criminal investigation / Detective adventure
Estimated year of release: 2000-2005
Graphics/art style: The game used real photos of the inside and outside of a house.
Notable characters: No idea, I don't remember seeing anyone, but I only played the demo.
Notable gameplay mechanics: Point & Click / Hidden Object
Other details: I only played this a demo of this game, it was a point & click where you had to investigate things that happened inside a house where some crime happened. I think it was more police / criminal investigation than a detective, but similar to Carol Reed Mysteries. You started inside a house, but I remember you could go to the garden outside as well. If I'm not mistaken, there was a second game in the same style. Sorry I don't remember too much about it, I only played a demo that came in a CD-ROM.
In which Carol is off to find out why Midnight in Salem is taking so long to come out.
I just about split my sides laughing. If you haven't played any of the Carol Reed games, I think you will still enjoy this:
...and are looking to fill the void for mystery-based games, a new game has been released today. It is a mystery story set in Sweden and the game designer is a friend of Mikael, the developer of the Carol Reed mysteries. There is a demo that can be downloaded to give it a try. The developer also was one of the characters in the last Carol Reed game, Profound Red - and Mikael makes an appearance in this new game. The game play and atmosphere are virtually identical to the Carol Reed mystery series. I want to support this developer - she would like to continue the series if it is well received.

Hey Everyone, I know it's not everybody's cup of tea but I enjoy the series and wanted to share the news. There are now 17 or 18 games in the series they are $14. Miss Clue also will be releasing her new game at the end month.
For those who don't know Carol Reed is a british detective who lives in Sweden. The 17th game will be called Amos Green's Final Response and it will be out New Years Day.
I've been thinking about trying the Carol Reed games. They are all $14 apiece, though, even the oldest ones. Are they actually worth that? I don't usually pay more than $5-10 on point and click games (the only Nancy game I paid more than $10 for was $12 for MID), and these seem kind of amateurish.

Ps: I love the direction the Bills franchise is headed. Iβm a Colts fan with nothing but love for the Bills. Likely giving this jersey to my friend who is a Bills fan.
On October 7th, 2003, 45-year old Carol Reed was reporting missing from her home at 201 East County Road 200 North, in LaPorte, Indiana.
Carol was reported missing to the Laporte County Sheriffβs office by her live-in boyfriend, Rodney Surowiec, and her adult daughter, Ariel Hancock.
Rodney told police that after an argument with Carol on September 30th, she had left on foot and had not come home.
Carolβs purse was missing, however her prescription medication that she normally carried was still at home. (Carol had no life threatening or serious medical conditions according to police, but I do not know what the medication was that she left behind.)
At the time of her disappearance, Carol did not own a vehicle.
Police records showed that Rodney and Carol had a history of domestic violence, having called the police multiple times on each other in the year prior to her disappearance.
Police searched the surrounding area for Carol, even seeking help from the public in the hopes someone might have saw her walking, or perhaps given her a ride. Unfortunately their investigation yielded no clues to what might have happened to her.
Then on November 2nd, nearly a month after she had vanished, Carolβs badly decomposed body was found by Rodney only several hundred feet north of her house in between a corn and bean field.
She was found halfway under a barbed-wire fence near a large tree in between the two fields. She was fully clothed, lying face up. According to investigators, Carolβs body showed no obvious signs of trauma, and they found no evidence to support she was dragged there against her will.
An autopsy did not uncover any signs of either homicide nor a medical condition, such as a heart attack or stroke, being the cause of Carolβs death.
Investigators believe due to the condition of Carolβs body, vital evidence in determining her cause of death may have been lost with decomposition.
A toxicology report was preformed and showed that Carol did not have any illegal drugs or alcohol in her system.
Carolβs cause of death was never determined, however police believe there is a possibility she met with foul play.

I've started making some recipes from the Vault Dwellers Official Cookbook and this one is my favorite so far.
This is my second time making it, and as such I did it a little differently. This time I substituted the Ground coffee for unsweetened cocoa powder, red kidney beans for pinto beans, and added a orange bell pepper along with the yellow and red.
Definitely recommend this book and especially this recipe!
Iβve been watching Arglefumph play the Carol Reed games and Iβm definitely interested in trying them myself but I want to know which one to start with? I heard him mention about the addition of the hints notebook which I would probably need lol. TIA Clue Crew!
