If anyone living near Del Mar wants to play Badminton with me please let me know. The center posts their Badminton timing on their website. There is usually no wait. I live 5 minutes away from the center and I can put our name on the waitlist if needed.

Hello! My girlfriend took ceramics classes in high school and would like to pick it up again. I’d like to get her some sort of certificate for a few classes or just some studio time as an anniversary gift. She doesn’t want to start with the most basic, maybe an intermediate level but I’d take suggestions. Would love to hear what you think.
Edit: I should mention she’s specifically interested in pottery and clay.

We are dying to get away from the bad air and the Maga crowd. Apart from the high prices, is it a good idea to buy in Carmel Valley given wildfire risk and water supply concerns?

We will be in Carmel Valley all of next week staying at the Bernardus Lodge & Spa. Wondering if any of you have any experience in the area? Any suggestions or must-sees? We will also be taking some day trips to Big Sur and San Francisco.
Would you rather live in Mira Mesa, Poway, Carmel Valley, Downtown, Oceanside, or Chula Vista? If you had to choose one of them and why?
I feel like this is a stretch, but any dive like bars in this area. Im moving to the east side of the 5 just a bit north of the 56. Obviously, lots of great places for a swanky drink, which is dope. But any recs on a place to grab a drink a little more down to earth in the area.
