I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

As I look out my dew-covered windows, I can clearly see that a white blanket has set itself upon the rooftops and the streets of my neighbourhood overnight. Snowflakes still intermittently swirl about under an overcast sky slowly lightening up in these morning hours. For my part of the world, this is a particularly rare occasion for this exact time of year, so I imagine that this will be a Christmas that I will treasure very much with my family today.
Of course, this likely isn’t the case for everyone else here today. There is no doubt that our long-held perceptions and traditions of Christmas are in flux, as uncomfortable and uninvited truths make their way into our homes to bring us unwanted lessons about the past, the present, and worst of all - what is yet to come.
Climate change, ever the largest elephant in the r/collapse room, threatens what Christmas "means" all around the world. For those of us fortunate to live in the northern hemisphere, ice skating and tobogganing might slowly fade away as the Dickensian "White Christmas” becomes nothing more than a memory. Christmas, however, is not a celebration exclusively reserved for the North. For those who live in the warmer parts of the world, Christmas has come under threat in various different ways, forcing families and communities to improvise and adapt to whatever our changing climate might bring next.
Isabelle Gerretsen, BBC, wrote a great article (“How climate change has altered Christmas”) on this very topic. I’ll be sharing two stories from this article, first from Salvador Gómez-Colón (Puerto Rico) and the second from Mitzi Jonelle Tan (the Philippines):

A.Jake Crist make his way first, he has the monster of a man D.Stone by his side. This is of course a big match for both of these men, as they look ahead at least one PPV match, possibly even two.
B.Alex Kane the young start-up is coming out to the ring. He has been tearing his way through the indies and recently just got signed with our friends at MLW. Now he is in the second round of his tournament looking to get his first ever PPV match.
C.The bell is ringing. Jake Crist & Alex Kane goes to lock hand. Alex Kane is wining this battle of strength so Crist smartly kicks him in the gut. Jake Crist with a series of kicks (back kick, up & over kick & a step up enziguri). Kane stumbles a bit but stays on his feet. Crist goes to grab Alex but Alex Kane with a northern light suplex for the pin! 1-2-kick out. Jake Crist gets back on his feet using the ropes. Kane goes to clothesline him over the ropes but Crist counters with a boot & a furry of uppercuts backs up Jake in the corner. Crist irish whips Kane in the opposite corner but Alex reverses with an arm wrench into a snap german suplex! Alex with the cover! 1-2-a powerful kick out from Crist. Alex Kane goes for a second german suplex but Crist flips out lands on his feet. Nails Kane with 2 superkicks. Kane falls out of the ring through the ropes. Crist with a suicide dive tornado DDT to Alex on the floor. Crist sends Alex back in the ring. Crist with the cover! 1-2-NO. A nearfall. Jake Crist sets up for Suicida (double underhook flip piledriver). Alexa Kane powers him up & puts Crist on the top turnbuckle. Kane with multiple punches to Crist. Alexa Kane attempts a superplex but Crist fights him off with heabutts. Jake Crist sets up for a diving attack but Kane quickly gets back up & delivers a top rope exploded suplex for a nearfall. Jake Crist slowly tries to get back up but Alex Lane showing great strength picks him up into rolling snap suplexes after 4 back to back suplexes Alex sets up for a fisherman superplex but Crist reverses with a small package pin. Only a 2 count. Kane attempts a half & half suplex on Crist but Crost no sells the move & out of desperation strikes with a Crist Cutter (Jumping Cutter). C.Brian mocks Carlos for their height difference. The bell rings. Brian goes for a big boot but Carlos slides down & rolls up Brian for a 2 count. Carlos tries to irish whip Brian but fails to move him at all. Steam pulls Brian into a big lariat for a 2 count. Brian picks up Carlos into a powerslam position & runs towards the corner but Carlos slices back sending Steam shoulder first in the turnbuckle. Carlos Lucha with a hip splash in the corner tries to follow up with a running attack but Steam with a michinoku driver for a nearfall. Steam looks unimpressed he launches Carlos over the ropes & turns around. Carlos lands on the apron. Steam turns around goes for an attack but Carlos counters with over the ropes roundhouse kick. Carlos with a slingshot DDT to Steam who immediately gets back up. Carlos with a running dropkick to Steam's knee. Brian on his knees. Carlos with a rolling wheel kick to Steam for a pin! 1-2-a strong kick out from Steam. Slowly Steam gets up with the help of ropes. Brian is resting on the ropes as Carlos out of nowhere with a 619 in the ropes to Steam in the gut. Carlos with a springboard attack but Steam catches him with a release german suplex. Steam tosses Carlos in the corner & dominates with big rights. Brian Steam puts Carlos on the top turnbuckle. Brian attempts a superplex but Carlos fights off Steam with headbutts. Carlos with a diving cannonball attack takes down Steam. Carlos goes for a running attack but eats a bell to belly from Brian. Carlos rolls to the apron. Steam on the apron as well. Soeam tries to suplex Carlos but Carlos hangs on with thechelp of the ropes. Steam with a jumping lariat off the apron knocking Carlos on the floor off the apron. For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

Segment 1- Ace Prince vs. Wheeler Yuta
A. Ace Prince makes his entrance. He was a member of the now defunct Big Apple Basement Brawl, and before that, wrestled for PAW, before he talked about how PAW isn't hardcore enough. He and his friend, Simon King, will likely try to bring Deathmatch to PAW in a big way. However, today Ace is in a match with rules. How will he fare?
B. And here comes the future of pro wrestling, a member of the Best Friends, Wheeler Yuta! This should be a great showcase of both of their talents.
C. They lock up, and Wheeler obviously has an advantage in the technical department. He lands an armdrag, and locks in a Chinlock on Prince, who rolls out of it. Ace runs up to bounce off the ropes, and goes for a Flying Dropkick, but Wheeler ducks, goes back to back with the Masked Man, and hits a Backslide, which Ace rolls out out. Prince tries to hit a Knee, but Yuta dodges, and hits an arm drag, before attempting an Arm Bar. Ace rolls Yuta onto his shoulders. 1, 2, kickout back into the Arm Bar. This time, Ace forces himself out of it, and as Wheeler sits up, Prince goes for a Soccer Kick to the head, which the IWTV Champion catches, before reversing it into a Single Leg Boston Crab. Prince struggles, but makes it to the ropes, so Yuta backs off. As Ace uses the ropes to get back up, Wheeler charges at him, and goes for a Flying Knee! Prince shows off his reflexes, drooping to his back while holding the top rope, causing Yuta to fall to the floor! Prince hits a Corkscrew Plancha, taking Yuta out! He rolls the AEW Wrestler back into the ring, and goes for a pin. 1, 2, kickout! Ace now waits for Yuta to get up, before going for a Springboard Moonsault! Wheeler catches his foot, grapevine his legs using his hands, and twists! Prince has no choice but to tap!
D. Wheeler Yuta picks up a win over another bright young talent in Ace Prince, the sky is the limit for the IWTV Champ!
Segment 2- Nick Gage is in the back in the locker room. He has some stuff today.

One is going to be number 1 contender for Myron Reed’s Primewatch that will take place at in just a few weeks. Also, for the other announcement. This is the big one. We will be introducing a PAW Backyard Championship. A championship exclusive to PAW Backyard! And this will be a 16 man tournament lasting many weeks! It will feature some of the best talent in the world! And it starts this Saturday live in Fort Worth, TX! And most importantly, tonight on this show.
