Description

This has not been a safe queen, but it hasn’t been abused either. There are small hairlines on the show side of the blade and pivot wear and marks around the pivot. The pivot is not stripped by any stretch of the imagination….it is fully functional and only has the marks from use. No other flaws. The use has been light and the whole knife in general is in excellent condition. You really have to look hard to see the use. See the video. Last 2 pics highlight the wear. This is an exceedingly rare version of the Scout with a full Mokuti lock side and Thor Damasteel blade. The Blue Marvel Carbon Fiber show side ties the whole thing together

So I'm a fan of the character seeing as how I'm a young black man and there aren't a lot of black heroes that seem interesting within marvel. Yeah Storm, Falcon, Black Panther and Cloak are getting more spotlight but they just don't hit the same as a Blue Marvel (although he's a superman clone of sorts I like his vibe).

I'd love to see him get a movie but my biggest fear is it would get all sorts of pushback given his origin story. I'd hate to see a good character I like get dragged through the mud because it follows a controversial origin story. Likewise I wouldn't want a TV show because it might go the Black Lightning route and lean too heavily into politics (though Luke Cage did well so Marvel clearly has something going for it). What do yall think? Could Blue Marvel succeed if made into a movie?

Line Widths and Writing Samples: To provide buyers with as much information as possible, I have started to adopt the following line width standards: XXF (.1-.2mm); XF (approx .3mm); F (approx .4mm); M (approx .6mm); B (approx .8mm). Nib flexibility is determined by variation (max line width under pressure) and softness (amount of pressure). Flexibility designations based on variation generally run as follows for an XF/F nib: Semi-Flex (approx. 1mm); Flex (1.2-1.9mm); Superflex (>2mm). All line width measurements are taken with a digital caliper but should be considered approximations providing a general guide. Width may vary slightly depending on type of ink and paper used as well as amount of pressure applied. All writing samples are on Rhodia dot paper using Waterman Serenity Blue.

It's the vestpocket ('V') version of Waterman's celebrated 52 Ripple, featuring a ring on the cap's top for attachment to a chatelaine (when this was the fashion). Super-Flexible Ideal #2 nib lays down a smooth and consistent XF line that widens to a 4B+(approx 2.4mm) under light pressure (see WRITING SAMPLE). Thin hairlines, strong snap-back, and reliable flow over its full range of flex make it a great choice for calligraphic writing styles such as Copperplate and Spencerian. Condition: excellent [B

Anyone know where he's been since the Ultimates run from a while back? One of my all time favorite series, and he's a big reason why. Feels like he's just been sidelined completely since, which is a shame. Has he had any meaningful appearances since? Or like, any accounting of what he's been up to/where he is?

Bradley Marais Vector - SV 1390 GONE

Blue Marvel carbon fiber show scale, hand satin harpoon tanto M390 blade with zirc stud. Quite a stiff detent on this one but flies out like crazy. Perfect EDC size and excellent handiwork all around as you'd expect from JG's protege. Has definitely been carried but well taken care of - some scuffs on the show scale, hairlines on the blade (that only show up in certain lighting angles), and a miniscule ding on the bottom of the lock scale. Pouch and COA.

CRK Sebenza 21 PDW - SV 620 GONE

Darkened sandblast ti scales, blackened hardware, acid wash S35VN blade. Great action and can be spydieflicked with relative ease, just has quite a full (~90%) lockup - looks like the detent ball dents the edge of the washer, but so far it just seems cosmetic (as the dent deforms the washer outward instead of sideways) and doesn’t affect the action much. Some orange peel on one screw head, otherwise everything else is in great shape. Box and everything.

Like that title says I’m in between these two cabs. I currently have Ms. Pac-Man, NBA Jam, and Star Wars cabs and am looking to add my first fighting game. I grew up playing both of these so it’s been a tough toss up. I have some credit with GameStop and was planning on snagging one of these up and was looking for either pros and cons for anyone that owns either one of these or both. Thanks in advance!
