Hi I am a HS Senior who applied Early Decision II to Stevens Institute. My sister, who is also a Senior, applied Early Decision I and was accepted (Business major). However her acceptance is conditional, she has to do an 8 week precalculus course because she did not take precalculus senior year (we both took Discrete Math). I took the same classes as her and I aswell did not take precalculus my senior year. Will Iβbeing a Social Sciences majorβhave to take this course as well?
If so, is there anyone going in semester 1 that is willing to swap with me for semester 2? Just trying my luck here as the modules that I want to map are only offered in semester 1 (I did not clearly check before applying) If not, if there is anyone going in Sem 2 as well err I guess we can get to know each other?

β’ The guide mentions that "degree centigrade" and "micron" are not to be used and recommends "metric ton" rather than "tonne".
β’ Under the heading Paper Sizes it says "The International System of Units (SI) is about measuring the weight or dimensions of objects, not changing their sizes. The U.S. paper industry uses several customary paper formats that all have metric dimensions." So they are not promoting the ISO 216 metric paper series.

After the jee mains results I had taken admission into CSE in Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology (RAIT) ,Nerul as my marks weren't very good and this was the only good college i was getting. But in MHT CET I have some chances of getting a good college. Right now I am getting admission in CE in Vidyalayankar Institute of Technology (VIT) through institute level seats and also AI and DS Fr. Agnel bandra through CAP round 1. But I live in thane and bandra is too far for daily travel and VIT is also kind of far so I'm confused as to take VIT or continue in RAIT. Please help.

I've started my application for Manipal Institute of Technology (2022) under the NRI quota a few days ago. Today, I've been asked to upload certain documents, along with my 10th board marks. I'd accidentally uploaded the marksheet I downloaded online on the day of the results, back in July 2020 instead of the official marksheet given by CBSE. At the bottom of the sheet I submitted, it states that it wasn't to be used as an official marksheet.
Will Manipal accept the document I've submitted, or will they reject it? If they do reject it, will I be able to reupload the correct one, or will they completely discard my application? I've tried to search online, but I couldn't come across any answers to my question. If you have any idea, please do let me know. TIA.
