A list of puns related to "Beauty School Dropout"
Hello my lovely reddit beauties!
I hope you're all having a brilliant Friday. I'm posting today to share with you a podcast I've been working on - Beauty School Dropout. I'm so inspired by the everyday beauty chats we have here, and I wanted to make something approachable. Beauty means different things to different people and a lot of perfect people give a lot of perfect advice. My friend Aly and I are anything but.. we're flawed, curious and critical of a billion dollar industry.
On our first episode we talk how to transform dull and dry skin into shimmering wet-like dolphin skin, yes dolphin skin. Aly explains why a pore is not a door and Punkee Editor Tahlia Pritchard spills on everything from her beauty routine to how beauty has changed with the rise of reality TV.

I really hope you like it. But I am also curious, do you guys listen to any other beauty podcasts?
Hoping you will give it a listen xx
Everytime when itβs the first day of school and througout the semester/school year when I get so stressed and upset, I think of the song βBeauty School Dropoutβ from Grease. It makes me motivated to βgo back to schoolβ, but it mostly makes me wanna drop out more [even though in my situation, I canβt (btw you can read my previous posts about college to learn more)]. Am I the only one that has that?
PS: I had this since 7th grade, but with the song βPay Attentionβ from Sister Act 2. Both are good songs though btw.
When I mean similar, I mean similar genre, similar mood, similar style. I however also welcome well-crafted and savage diss tracks, just like Beauty School Dropout.
Look, hear me out. It may be that I'm missing something really obvious about the 70s or the 90s, but I wasn't alive when either of those songs came out, so forgive me for being stupid. I mean the chorus of Beauty School Dropout and the accompaniment and chorus from Surrender. Like with the choral echoes? I googled it and literally no one has said it so I think I might just being going insane. What do y'all think?
πΆbaby donβt sweat it Youβre not cut out to hold a job!
Itβs funny that song comes into mind while I write this because thatβs exactly what I am. Today was my last day of the first semester in cosmetology school & I became completely overwhelmed with a big assignment we had & ended up not getting anywhere with it so I think Iβm just gonna quit. I could really use some words of encouragement or something because I feel like a failure.

I had it on repeat 4 hours at a time sometimes because I feel the doo-wop sound that the song provides really has a nice butt to it and I know it's about high school Beauty and stuff like that but check it out I think the song sounds good. I don't care how much I get made fun of I'm a straight guy but Beauty School Dropout it's a amazing song. I love doo wop
Baby don't sweat it, you're not cut out to hold a job better forget it. Who wants their hair done by a slob?
To explain a bit more, after I dropped out I became an autodidact for 3 years, took the GED, then made my college apps with my only *formal* education being aforementioned high school I dropped out of. With the aforementioned GPA.
EDIT: Wish I could change the title to say "education of maybe your average 4th grader", but you get what I mean.
Is there a sub for grad school or PhD dropouts? I left my program in 2017 and still have some feelings about it. I searched and couldnβt find anything.
Hi guys I would like to get some advice from you all.
As the title says, I dropped out of dental school last month to pursue a career in finance. Iβm currently a buy-side equity research analyst-intern at a pretty reputable firm in nyc for the next 6 mo. and will be considered for a full time ER role (and feeling pretty confident).
Before dental school, I worked at a Biotech co. for a year and no other full-time experience before that.
I majored in molecular bio so I have no formal financial education and now I want to further my career and develop my financial knowledge and abilities with education beyond investopedia and google. Iβve been admitted to Georgetown pt MSF and now considering applying to NYU pt MBA.
My question is, in my position, should I do MSF first and then pursue an MBA? Or should I do a pt MBA while working full-time and pass on the MSF all together?
I originally thought MBA would be better, but I read on another thread that an MBA is useless if I donβt have enough experience, but if Iβm PT, Iβll technically be graduating with 3-4 years of finance experience(?)
So Cynthia is going for her GED, did I miss when she dropped out? What?! Give me the vlogs where it mentioned all this, if there is any . The last I heard is she was struggling with her grades, moved back home, and I guess she started helping CMH with videos more.
The farm might even have a great working environment since it is named, "Happy Meat Farm".
