A list of puns related to "Batch production"
Tamales have a [rich history(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-EQCVoEliw) as perhaps the first American street food before being supplanted by hotdogs and now kebab. Now the lucky among us know of a woman from who you can occasionally buy tamales made in her kitchen when she does a batch. Do you have any equivalent food that benefits from being made in large batches and shared or sold to friends and family?
Some other cool tamale facts are they are one of the earliest mesoamerican foods, Definitely older than the great pyramids of giza and perhaps as old as 5,000 BCE. There is actually a lack of evidence for griddles in the classical Maya period which would mean no tortillas. There are also a bewildering array of varieties and regional variations some of which have pre-contact roots such as iguana tamales. Lastly, there is a century-old tradition of tamales made by the African American communities of Mississippi.
Do most of you do batch oven or production line work? Just curious on how common each type is.
Oiaguro didn't just join Marrybell and the Glinda Knights to atone for what he did, the mass production of Gareth during Emperor Lelouch's era was probably thanks to his contribution like when he helped Bismarck with his Galahad. Thanks to him, Lelouch's forces were unstoppable and why they did not become part of the Glinda Knights per customization is questioning since they can provide strong fire artillery, balanced close combat, and flexible movement against this many foes. For those who have read Oz the Reflection O2, would this make sense even if it was not shown?
I think one of the goals of the production of The Bad Batch S1 was to put the Clone Wars era to rest. We had a lot of good transitional world building in and of itself this season regarding the establishment of the Empire through a lens of different planetary cultures. On top of that, the season itself ended in a two part finale that some are calling boring and not achieving much which lead me to believe it served more purpose than simply to advance the story or change the dynamic of the Bad Batch + Crosshair. We spent A LOT of time in a decommissioned/failing/falling Kamino cloning facility and were really sitting front row to watch it all spill into the planetary oceans destroyed by none other than Imperial Star Destroyers. The Clone War era has chronologically ended with the end of Bad Batch S1 and we got to watch it in real time in full view.
I predict that with the start of S2 of The Bad Batch we will be immersed in a full Empire/OT aesthetic and style on the planets with stormtroopers and that S1 and S2 of TBB (more than any other content) will definitively bookend what will be the transition the world of the prequels into the world of the OT.
Side Note: There are plenty of other cornerstone moments in SW that, until now, feature different styles or hybrids between both eras such as Anakin's fall to the dark side, Ahsoka leaving the Jedi order, the building of the Death Star, Order 66, Ahsoka fighting Vader, etc. Up till now it seems fuzzy to me where to draw the line for all those events separately; as in, which one takes precedence? All of them are up to your interpretation to be where a line is drawn or even if there is a line (or if there even needs to be a line).
But again, it's my interpretation that TBB gave us a moment that we can bookend each of these magnificent eras so full of content, worlds, stories, and characters.
