A list of puns related to "Andy McNab"
So, my Dad reads a lot of Andy McNab, and I'm not even going to bother buying him one of the Andy McNab novels for Christmas because he'll probably have it already. So I was wondering if any of you had any suggestions to any other authors that are similar to Andy McNab? I don't know what his writing style was like, so I didn't go for any war novel. Thanks

Hi! So Iβve been looking for a new book and found this and it fits me preferences pretty well. If you own this book and donβt read it or maybe youβre willing to buy it, it would be greatly appreciated if you could send it to me. Thanks
so i read this years ago when i was in prison myself, i have barely any memories of it but i do remember that he was in a prison abroad and nothing was being done about it, he made friends with some people who ran the inside and was able to get benefits, like letters from his daughter, one of which said "pinch punch first of the month" i always remember that part
Andy McNab book, blue front cover involving the character looking after his mate (killed by a mafia of some sort) daughter. Goes to different hotels trying to get her to safety
I've been a little apprehensive for a while about reading them, whether or not they would be worth the read, I know how much these books are praised and the writers are world-renown (Tom Clancy especially) but does this same level of appraisal apply to the quality of their writing?
Doubt this will get many upvotes but he's a personal hero of mine and I would love the chance to ask him some questions, despite the fact he's been grilled by just about everybody!
Could someone explain to me who Mark is and how he plays a part in Seal Team? I know heβs a Navy Seal and he wrote a book and how he advises on CBS Seal Team. But like is the show based off him???
Books Iβve enjoyed include various Andy McNab titles including βBravo Two Zeroβ. I have also explored fantasy which I enjoyed but canβt currently settle on what to read next.
I would also be open to a book which explores mental health/depression but not anything to preachy, more of an open minded approach.
Sorry if thatβs not a lot to go on or comes across a bit vague. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Edit: thank you all so much for the suggestions. I will be dedicating my evening to researching all these titles and will let you know what I pick!
Edit 2: Iβve decided to go with βNatural Causesβ by James Oswald. Seems like a gritty crime series which will be interesting to explore. Thanks again for the suggestions which I will definitely keep on my list. I was very close to picking Six of Crows, the only thing stopping me being that Iβm currently watching Money Heist and it felt too similar.
My blood boils when I look at the state of the game today and remember those tweets like "June Boom" and "Sep tem ber". Or tweets from developers saying "Trust us fam". You knew the game was going to be a disaster so the least you could do was keep showing snippets of gameplay and shut your mouth. That would alleviate the issue of no communication and ease the people into the new game mechanics.
And then we have Andy McNamara who's 2-3 tweets are major reasons for unrest in the community. That person alone is responsible for the bad blood between DICE and the community since he has been complaining about us since day one. First complaining about us running to conclusions about the game from the beta or trailer footage, claiming those were old builds. And then again complaining about the community having brutal expectations like a scoreboard, voip, working game and good performance. To then play the victim, leading to articles made about how toxic we are.
Don't forget about the lead UI designer who also complained about us judging the beta UI too quickly since it wasn't final when in fact little has changed except from kill notifications. Oh and "Parts disabled 10XP" Good job on that one.
I'm calling out specific people because that is exactly what DICE did as well. If my post is considered toxic then that should mean DICE is too. This is the same circus like CDPR but at the very least, they never put the blame on the consumer, they took full responsibility and publicly apologized. Something DICE will never do.
Learn to be more professional. You represent your companies, even if it's your personal Twitter or not. We aren't friends, you are a producer we are a consumer. And in most businesses the customer is always right. Except when it comes to DICE, since they always know better. All the way to utter failure.

Two men have been arrested in London over the 2007 disappearance of Doncaster teenager Andrew Gosden.
South Yorkshire Police and the Metropolitan Police jointly detained the two men on 8 December 2021 but the arrests have only just been made public.
A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of kidnap, human trafficking and the possession of indecent images of children, and a 38-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of kidnap and human trafficking. Both have now been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
Andrew Gosden, who would be 28 now, disappeared in September 2007. The then 14-year-old boarded a train from Doncaster to London, with CCTV cameras capturing him when he arrived at Kings Cross Station. That was the last known sighting of Andrew, and since then no information about his movements have been corroborated by police.
At the time he lived with his parents and sister in the Balby area of Doncaster, and withdrew Β£200 from his bank account on a day when he was supposed to be in lessons at McAuley Catholic High School. He bought a one-way train ticket to the capital.
Senior investigating officer Detective Inspector Andy Knowles said: βOur priority at this time is supporting Andrewβs family while we work through this new line of enquiry in the investigation. We are in close contact with them and they ask that their privacy is respected as our investigation continues.
βWe have made numerous appeals over the years to find out where Andrew is and what happened to him when he disappeared. I would encourage anyone with any information they have not yet reported to come forward.β
