A list of puns related to "All Join Hands"
Happy 2017 everybody! For this month, we are going to master the crow pose!
###If you can't hold the crow pose, not to worry! You will before the end of this month!
My follow along video tutorial has helped countless people achieve it. All you need to do is elevate your feet by a few inches on something and master these progressions:
###If you could hold the crow pose for over 20 seconds, try it with straight arms and it becomes "crane pose" (aka advanced frog stand)!
ProTip: If you follow our Recommended Routine, throw this in there and practice it as part of your Skill Work.
ProTip #2: If your wrists hurt, warm them up with this first.
##Time for you to check in!
###Get on the floor, set a timer and test a crow pose progression exercise, the crow pose itself or the crane pose (whatever is appropriate for you) and tell us how you did!
###Questions? Feel free to ask!
Next week, I'll post a follow up check-in thread so we'll see how we're progressing. I'll also throw in more variants and cool transitions that can build up on the basic crow pose for us to practice. But the main thing you should do is get some crow pose practice in at least 3x this week.
The UAE and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) have signed an agreement to establish the International Centre for Safeguarding the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Arab Countries in the emirate of Sharjah.
The centre, aimed at strengthening the efforts of Sharjah and the UAE in protecting and promoting intangible cultural heritage, will be based at the Sharjah Institute for Heritage (SIH).
The main reasons I love this movie are the tone and the main character. The tone is one of total futility, and unlike other prison films like The Shawshank Redemption, there's a complete absence of hope. There's no lesson about enduring and things will turn out okay - don't expect any grand justice for the villains or for Luke to bring their crimes to light. The world of the film almost mirrors our own, and in our world, prisoners are often the victims of fate and bad luck, just like the prisoners here. The film reminds us that criminals are still people, no matter what they did to end up in jail, and attitudes like "They're all scum, let them rot in the clink. Prisoner rights? Why are we wasting money on this?" only serve to bolster corrupt prison wardens who love nothing more than to exploit the labor of the incarcerated. The tone is gritty, futile, and real.
But Luke is a character who transcends all this. He smiles and chuckles to himself even when under the heel of the warden. He's the antithesis to what the warden wants - a broken, downcast, obedient servant. He will break rocks and do his part, but he does it with the sun captured in his eyes and yes, that everlong smirk. When Luke drops the title, you get him completely: >!"Sometimes nothing can be a real cool hand."!< He had no cards in his situation at all, yet still comes out looking smoother and more level-headed than the warden. And no matter what happens in the film's climax, I'd say that Luke wins the power struggle between the two of them.
Anyway, sorry for the rant. If you'd like to see this magnificent film tonight, please join the Video Club! We're a new, active discord server and our gimmick is that we host a new film every night! Some of them are fun, some are serious, but outside of official events like this one, they're all chosen through a unique voting system to make sure we're always watching something that people want to see. We discuss the films we watch after they're done, as well. Think of it like your grandma's book club but for film and with 300 people instead of four, lol.
God I'm bad at shilling, but I sincerely think r/TrueFilm will enjoy this movie in particular. Hope you're all having a great afternoon and we'll hopefully see you there! (Last sentence here: really random but everyone on this sub should watch Hilda, it's doubtlessl
... keep reading on reddit β‘Now that Blizzard has implemented dynamic layers, there are no drawbacks to having a massive population. I feel like if as a community we promote one server for each region/type as THE SERVER, we could very easily create a single massive server that will easily last the entire season.
There is no reason to spread ourselves thin over multiple servers. There is no reason to create a problem that you will later need to pay 40 dollars to solve by buying a server transfer
Hey, just wanted to clarify what I meant by "dynamic layering." It's a very effective solution by Blizzard that removes server queues by creating multiple instances (layers/shards) of the server based on the number of players. And since each layer has its own veins, herbs, and mob spawns, it also means there's enough resources to match the population size.

They must love being hated. Because every time I've suggested it to them on teams they look at me shocked and wide-eyed as if I've spoken blasphemy in an ancient dialect.
There's book clubs, board game clubs, dungeons and dragons, knitting clubs, running clubs, writing clubs, film clubs, litter picking and gardening clubs, and that's just the ones I've seen posted in my town this last week. If you actually tried looking and can't find anything, call your local council up, they likely have a list of the bigger ones at hand already. Mine has all the groups for sports and young mothers clubs.
I will be forever pissed off if your whining about no social life causes us to all to waste what little money we actually have to travel for hours each week in the cold and rain, just so you can moan in the office to us instead about how the weather is bad and how the high street is dying and how your diet's gone to shit because you're spending your money on high street sandwiches and kitkats because there's no time to make lunch anymore and how there's no communities in your local area any more.
You can go to hell if you're then going to bitch at me for being mad for being in office when I don't have kids so clearly don't know what an actual struggle is. Your kid is 32 and you're just pissed that WFH is never an option for her and her kids, stop blaming the single mothers who work on your team and trying to ruin it for them.
You don't have to travel in the rain, and if there's no communities anymore its because your selfish arse couldn't spare two seconds to call up your local council or ask your town Facebook group what's actually available. We can't maintain any communities if we're all exhausted from working 9-5 in office, and travelling from the crack of dawn till late in the evening just to do it all over again 12 hours later. There's literally no time to do anything but shower and sleep.
Seriously. Stop ruining it for the rest of us, and get an actual hobby. If my several depressed self can join a local book club, I'm quite sure you are more than capable of doing the same.
I keep seeing posts about girls who are doing all these beautiful things, and it makes me feel horrible. Itβs my fourth month in pole dancing and I canβt climb, I can barely do more than one spin a class and then I canβt hold the pole anymore. Iβve watched girls Iβve started with progress to levels two and three in a matter of weeks and no matter how hard I try I just canβt. Iβve tried multiple grips, Iβve tried wiping the pole, Iβve tried wiping my hands while dancing and nothing works. I feel like I was set up to fail before I even started. Do you think silks or Lyra would work better for me? I do a lot of chair and floor stuff but thereβs only so much I can do. I wanted to do this to feel sexy, and I just feel defeated.
Our Hakeem,
who art in Clutch City,
Dream be thy name.
Thy conference finals come,
thy wins be done,
in Houston as it is in Cali.
Give us this day our daily threes,
and forgive us our turnovers,
as we destroy those who turnover against us,
and lead us not into 0-2,
but deliver us the W.
For thine is the Harden,
and the Capela,
and the Paul,
for ever and ever.
AM3N.
As if we needed another reason to hate these fuckers.

THE father of the film worker shot dead by Alec Baldwin told yesterday how the tragedy has destroyed βthe perfect familyβ. Anatoly Androsovych, 66, will today attend daughter Halyna Hutchinsβ funeral in Los Angeles. Sixteen years ago, the ex-nuclear sub captain walked her down the aisle for her wedding to Matthew, dad to their young son.
Tearful Anatoly told The Sun on Sunday: βIt was such a happy day. Our family had become so close to Matt and it was wonderful to see them so happy. But now everything is gone. Our lives are empty and ruined by sorrow. Itβs terrible because we were so proud of them and loved seeing how happy they were.β
Anatoly got special permission to fly from Ukraine to the US for the funeral after his passport expired.
He has previously told how Halynaβs son Andros, nine, could not speak for two days after being told of his 42-year-old motherβs death on the set of western Rust in New Mexico.
