A list of puns related to "Agartala Conspiracy Case"
The Agartala conspiracy was not a fabricated story. Indians and neutral observers accept that a conspiracy was hatched at Agartala in 1967, according to which, a part of East Pakistan was to be liberated with the Indian armyβs clandestine support and an independent government of Bangladesh was to be setup. Indiaβs attempt at subverting the Bengali elements in the Pakistan armed forces against the central leadership goes back to 1963. They managed to recruit some naval personnel and encouraged them to form an organization to word for the separation of their province from the rest of Pakistan. The disgruntled Bengali servicemen were encouraged to contact senior Bengali politicians and to seek their co-operation for starting a revolutionary movement.
Deputy Speaker of the parliament formed after the 2008 General Elections in Bangladesh, Shawkat Ali, openly admitted his and Mujibβs involvement in the break-up of Pakistan. He confessed to the house on a point of order that the charges read out to them in 1968 were accurate. He stated that a Shangram Parishad (Action Committee) had been formed under Mujib for the secession of East Pakistan.
In a dispatch from Dhaka, dated 7 March 2010, the Bangladeshi online news agency bdnews24 quoted Sheikh Hasina as stating that her father Mujib 14/ formed detailed war plans for Bangladesh's eventual liberation from Pakistan during a stay in London in 1969, the year was accorded the title βBangabandhuβ, a friend of Bengal. Hasina was addressing a discussion in Dhaka to mark the historic March 7 speech the day in 1971 when Sheikh Mujib called on the Bengali nation to prepare for the secession struggle from Pakistan.

Itβs ridiculous!! Since when is the Epstein topic a religion where facts are unwanted and beliefs are what matters?
Recently every time someone says here says something like βI heard X was connected to Y in the 90s and invested moneyβ, you are all of the sudden NOT ALLOWED to ask for any substance.
Asking for a source, an article or where he heard that?
NOPE! Thatβs βderailingβ or the person gets offended that you asked for a source.
WHEN THE FUCK BECAME THIS FUCKING HUMAN TRAFFIC PEDO CONSPIRACY A MATTER OF BELIEF?!
Asking for facts or sources is the most normal thing! So you when you get offended because you want to believe something but have nothing to back it up, please go to r/aliens.
This is getting pathetic.
An evolutionary perspective on paranoia (nih.gov)
>We suggest that paranoia should not solely be viewed as a pathological symptom of a mental disorder but also as a part of a normally-functioning human psychology.
So think of it like this. Paranoia is way too common, though everyone pretends like it's not. Everyone who cares about loyalty has feared their partners cheating. Everyone who cared about democracy feared the government. In all those cases people make up irrational narratives, conspiracies, etc. It may (or not) be obvious that in a right small community situation, like we've had for 99% of our DNA, this was very effective in preventing bad actors from existing, but now with extremely big societies, and unreachable overlords - it's escalating this self-defense mechanism into infinity, and especially in cases where it's not yielding any results.
I have to wonder about how some people become religious lunatics, and derange themselves thinking it's safer for their survival than to accept reality. But if they do accept reality, they open up all the other options and sources of paranoia, even though it's definitely much better to be backed by science, than by religious delusions. It's safer, but they fail to realize it.
But then we all know there are infinite things to be paranoid about, and prevent any problem that could ever arise isn't really a good option. So what's also interesting is how exactly does paranoia become too much. Is it societal, cultural, genetic, chemical, dietary, monetary. Idk.
I remember though a guy who researched conspiracists said that people like them because they feel unsafe, and want control over their reality, which overarching myths give them. A parallel can be drawn with religion.
I'm headed to the feds for a Marijuana case.
Haven't been sentenced yet so can't disclose certain details but here are some salient points:
First time offender (Not that it matters with a mandatory)
Won't cooperate in any form. Against my principles. No 5k1 no safety valve. No 35(b). Nothing.
Marijuana only charge. No guns. No other drugs.
Largely circumstantial evidence. Pure conspiracy case. No wiretaps on me or controlled buys. Just non audio surveillance with no overtly illegal activity transpiring therein. I'm assuming there's a lot of informants but I can merely speculate since I'm pleading out I won't ever get my Jenks material with Grand Jury statements and 302s etc.
I've accepted it. Definitely ruined everything.
How it goes though.
EDIT:
I cannot convey the absolutely devastating amount of stress, grief, and turmoil this type of situation subjects yourself and your loved ones to. Particularly in the Federal context when they can literally wait YEARS to bring an indictment and basically lasso you out of your new life and drag you kicking and flailing back into your old one before you inevitably go to prison.
I think when people envisage a prison sentence they characterize it as "The day you go in until the day you come out." For some crimes that may be true.
But for a non violent Federal Marijuana Conspiracy I can assure you that it goes from: "The day you realize you are a potential target until the day your supervised release ends or at least relaxes."
It can be the double or triple your actual sentence in lost life waiting for that proverbial Sword of Damocles to drop and split your meat wide open.
As it was in my case.
I'll answer what I can. There's a lot I can't.
Thank you for your interest and kind words. Means a lot.
UPDATE
I am pleading out next week. No deal. Just pleading guilty as only cooperators get deals on mandatory minimum cases in my district.
So I signed my life away on their dotted line. Not that I had or have a viable alternative. And my slow descent into Federal Hell speeds up markedly.
I'll get my sentencing date at the plea. May take a few months. May push it once.
After that I'm gone. Hopefully I get the 5.
