A list of puns related to "Afro Celt Sound System"
I'm someone who is relearning Gaelic and noticed who I believe to be Griogair Labhruidh rapping at 3:12 of Afro Celt Sound System-Thunderhead. I'm fairly certain he's using the Lochaber dialect that my family would have spoken but since there are no resources for it I've been learning the Hebrides based "standard form" from what I have to use. Could someone give a transcription of what he's saying? I can normally understand most things to a fair degree but I can barely get a word from this.
Afro Celt Sound System has a song "Child of Wonder," you can hear it here on this Celtic music podcast. Starting at 23:58 to 25:54 there is I'm guessing Irish or Scottish Gaelic lyrics? Would anybody be able to transliterate this and give a translation? Thank you!

A bit of background about this band: Formed in the 90's by producer and musician Simon Emmerson, after working with Senegalese singer Baaba Maal and then various traditional Irish musicians around the same time. Emmerson was struck by similarities between elements of traditional African and Irish music, and so arranged jam sessions with musicians from Ireland and across Africa. What resulted was the formation of Afro Celt Sound System, they went on to release their debut album "Sound Magic" under Peter Gabriel's Realworld label and achieved commercial success and critical acclaim, touring the US and headlining stages in the UK and Europe.
Their sound is very hard to pin down and is every bit as interesting as their name implies. Essentially it's world music but I would also somewhat describe it as part Massive Attack, part Shpongle with a bit of Prodigy thrown in, then there's all the traditional Irish and Western African instruments such as the Bodhran, Uilleann Pipes, Talking Drum and the Kora which work together to create something very unique and unlike anything else.

After a long hiatus they are finally back with a new album set to release early 2016. There's a few UK live dates up on their website: http://www.afroceltsoundsystem.org.uk/ If you get a chance to see them I wholly recommend it as they put on a storming show.
fun fact: The artwork for their debut album was designed by artist Jamie Reed, who also produced all the artwork for The Sex Pistols, including the famous cover for Never Mind The Bollocks and God Save The Queen.
Afro Celt Sound System - "When I Still Need You"
If you allow yourself to become entranced by the immersive build up of world music in this song, you should feel fairly relaxed throughout and then experience frisson building at about 6:14 and then waves of it in the climax at about 6:46-7:50
Very interested in melodic, chill, music that is good for working to or relaxing.
