Details of Position

As an ABIE teacher, your responsibilities will be to teach classes, attend school meetings, attend marketing activities for the school and give the students a fun learning experience.

We expect our teachers to be responsible, imaginative and to provide a nurturing environment for our young learners.

Requirements to Teach English in China:

• Speaks English at an Idiomatic level.
• Degree: BA or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority).
• Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to Changde City，Hunan Province， China.

Responsibilities for Teachers in China:

• Student age range: 3 – 12 years old.
• Class size: 10 – 12 students per class.
• Class length: 45 minutes per class.
• Working Hours: 40 hours; office hours and teaching hours (days off stipulated in interview).
• Curriculum: The school uses ‘My Little World’ as their curriculum, it is provided by the school.
• Chinese Teaching Assistant: You will be assisted with a bilingual Chinese teacher.
• Training: Initial 7 – 10-day Junior training, monthly training online *

Your compensation will include:

Monthly income: USD 2170- 2700 (RMB 15,000 - 18,500) before tax *

• Base Salary: USD 2400 - 2700 (RMB 15,000 - 17,000) before tax *
• Housing: Provided RMB 1500 housing allowance or private apartment *
• Bonus: Monthly bonus for every class after 6 classes: USD 140 (RMB 1,000) *
• Airfare completion contract bonus: Provided once contract is fulfilled USD 890 (RMB 6,000).
• Demo class bonus: USD 7 (RMB 50) per student *
• Public Holiday: Chinese public holidays off.
• Annual Holiday: 4 Paid annual leave *
• Sick Leave: 3 paid days
• Payday: 10th of the following month

I had my fair fun with the DLC and appreciate the effort but this hardcore endgame isnt for me, cant enjoy it. Massive once admitted their game wasnt fun any more and thats what I realise now for myself, I get that there needs to be a real hardcore challenge for the long term but it feels overtuned at "hard" already. I love the mission designs and levels but the enemies feel too much of work every single time without optimised gear. worth the money, im too old to grind thru this stuff again. Wish everyone good loot and fun, downvote me as u wish, just my honest opinion.
