Recently, I was just able to reintroduce dairy back into my diet by drinking A2 milk over A1 milk! No more digestive issues, bloating, or gas from A2 milk.
I was wondering, on a similar note, I've always had issues with consuming gluten and FODMAP products, leading to indigestion, constipation, gas, etc.
Does anyone know if certain gluten products are easier to digest and/or does anyone know how to improve one's digestion so that they are once again able to consume gluten and FODMAP foods with no digestion issues? Thank you!

It's been months since I saw A2 brand milk in nearby Costco warehouses. All I see is Kirkland A2 milk. I end up buying that but it is nowhere close to A2 brand. Anyone knows what happened to it?

If you apply the rate according to 30 rupees a liter, then the Gir cow gives milk worth 60 thousand rupees in the entire lactation period. If we look at the cost of fodder and grain and water, then it is a profitable deal because this calculation is not spent on cowβs feed and grain.
