Here you can find the Panamanian Team for 2021 Caribbean Series, with link to profiles and stats:
https://www.mlbpty.com/seleccion-de-panama-para-la-serie-del-caribe-2021/
Panama has 8 players with MLB experience, including two that played in 2020 in the bigs. There are a couple of foreign players from Domincan Republic, Nicaragua and USA
It would be cool to see the winners of the World Series play in the Carribean series. Would the other teams still be competitive?
And I only ask because the Caribbean Series is almost like Copa America or even the Gold Cup.
During Percy and Annabeth's time in Circe's Island, Percy spotted an 18th century ship, docked in the beaches, and during his imprisonment, he got to meet the infamous Captain Edward Thatch. And while escaping they used Blackbeard's ship to sail the Bermuda Triangle, from the Siren's Island, up to the Island of Polyphemus.
It would be cool to see the iteration of PotC's Queen Anne be sailed in the Sea of Monsters, considering that both franchises are linked to Disney (Hyperion and the PotC Disney Ride). And in the movie, Blackbeard uses a weapon called "The Sword of Triton," and in Percy's case, Triton is his half-brother. Just little bits and pieces of details that references the two franchises together.
Can anyone confirm if UEPA is the legitimate/official place to purchase Caribbean Series tickets?: https://seriedelcaribe.uepa.com/Seguridad/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fVentaTicket%2fSplash.aspx
I just want to make sure because the website is forcing me to register before I can even look at tickets, and in order to register it's asking for quite a lot of information, including passport number, etc.
The UEPA link came from here (https://www.seriedelcaribe.net/) which appears to be the official Caribbean series website but I just want to make sure since I'd be coming from the USA and I'm not familiar with the Caribbean series at all prior to now.
