A list of puns related to "16 Mm Film"
Well, as you know, I posted on this subreddit some comparisons between the 1st broadcast version of the series and the remastered version of it.
As you know, the remastered version (aka the DVD or Funimation version) has a very different animation style and more uncensored, but cheaper and deinterlaced.
Its TV version is relatively better. But the video quality is 360p upscaled to 480p, this is due to either the tapes that were printed or the internet (most likely the internet at the time).
Following some details, I found out: the series was on 16 or 35 mm film, digitally edited and/or through super16 / super35 cinematographic process and then printed on Betacam. However, it can be seen that the anime is shot on film: jitter (due to the video quality you have to be good to see it, you can see in "Club M" and "Dead Zone") and the appearance of some scratches (films used were relatively new). The series was digitally remastered in 2003-2006 and printed on HD videotape
However, I want to know if those films are still known or have been lost in the laboratory. It would be really interesting to see it remastered or at least with a film scan. And yet I would know if 16 or 35 mm was used.
PS: BESM HUFG uses sets of scanned photo/videoshoots from the film reels

Edit: I can't put flair. I don't know why, but I can't
I'll be using water based inks for this (substrate wont work with the heat or plastisol). Although the shop I learned and worked in used plastisol. Im no expert by any means but i can do the basics for simple prints. I am wondering if anyone can link a video or suggest a book for screen printing images that have the super 16 film look. Grain and all. Ive considered CMYK. I also saw somebody doing what they called a simulated spot process. Is that the same as cmyk? Anyway i just want that grainy 16 mm look. Please help. I know there are some screen printing masters in this subbreddit.
Do you have any idea where the 16mm movie of the "Billie Jean" video would be? Or if someone has a copy of the movie? On YouTube you can only find the version printed on the videotape (whether remastered or unofficial)
My mum employed a company to convert some old 16 (could be 8 actually)mm film to digital. I don't know what frame rate it was originally but I'm going to try and use software to interpolate and upscale it. But before I do that I figure it's important to restore it to its original frame rate so it knows the original information it's meant to be interpolating.
I could go through the film and delete every repeated frame but is there any software. (mac?) that would do this for me?

Iβm just now getting into photography, and I want to find a decent 35 mm film camera. Preferably $200 or under, but if you canβt get anything decent for anything under that Iβm willing to hear other suggestions.
Hey, we are looking to buy some super 16 mm film for an upcoming project. So far, the cheapest I have found was buying directly from kodak ($100-$125 for a 400' roll). Does anyone know of a cheaper place? We can do any online store or any place in NYC or in the Austin area.
Hello everyone, does anyone know where to get 35 mm film in Muscat? I have tried tost of the malls but they donβt have anything.
