A list of puns related to "Universe 11 Name"
I only knew about some of them, like Dracorex hogwartsia or Lusius malfoyi, but never thought there are so many! Here's the whole list!
The discussion at the end of the Starman ep got me thinking about this. Here are ones I can think of. I double checked soundtrack credits on IMDB but if there's an error let me know:
Also I've never seen the TV show Life on Mars but that has to have the titular song as the theme song right? Also have never seen the Heroes TV show but I'm assuming that's just too common of a word.
What else am I missing?
Hi guys, I have, for the first time got into the star wars lore and finished all the movies and the mandalorian too. I absolutely loved the universe and the story woven around the force. I now have begun to reach out to Young Jedi, and Padawans onto the star wars journey while also hunting my bounties with my Beskar armour and beskar spear. Where can I see more of the lore and in which order? Please tell me any series or comic and in which order they come with the movies chronologically. I want more of the tales in Star wars. Any, series, spinoff movies I can continue? (I've watched solo and the rogue one, enjoyed them both)

Was wondering if there was any direct translation or significance to Gandalf choosing or being called that name when in his mortal form.
I know Gandalf goes by many names including OlΓ³rin, LΓ‘thspell, Mithrandir, and that most of those names have an in universe translation or etymology. For example LΓ‘thspell meaning "ill news" or Mithrandir being "the grey wanderer".
Is there any significance to the name 'Gandalf' in universe? I know that Tolkien derived it from the norse for "elf with staff" or something, but I'm specifically curious about in middle earth terms.
I did my 10th from CBSE in 2010. During my registration, the school messed up and removed my surname from my name and submitted it to CBSE. Me in my infinite wisdom, didn't bother about it until now. Now I have an opportunity to go abroad (finally secured funding, yay). When I went to get my passport made, I was informed that not having a surname would make it difficult for me to clear immigration in many countries. Unfortunately, all of my certificates and ID's have my name sans the surname. So, is there anybody who went through a similar situation that could help me out with information regarding how to move forward? Thanks.
The space to discuss and dissect Rachel Martino (@rachmartino) and her circle, including Noelle Downing (@noelledowning), Steffy (@steffy), Rachel Iwanyszyn (@jaglever), and Joel Moore (@moorehisstyle).
It's spooky season in the loft. Leo is still hidden and Rach is throwing housewarming Halloween parties. Will Rach decorate the loft more, will all the shirts still be tucked in their bras, will Rach show off her new 'do? Stay tuned and enjoy this next round of the Rachel universe and what fall/Halloween content they won't be bringing us.
I wouldn't put it past them
On September 11, 2001 the world was shocked witnessing a terrorist attack against the United States Of America.
Hijackers took control of four commercial airliners and struck the both Twin Towers at the World Trade Center in New York City, New York, and the Headquarters of the United States Department of Defense, The Pentagon, in Arlington County, Virginia, while a fourth target The US Capitol Building was saved after it crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, after the passengers fought the hijackers.
Everyone has their stories that theyβll never forget about where they were when they heard the news (I myself was just waking up getting ready to work at the Long Beach Arena for the LA Times Travel Show), but the effects of the attacks were so wide-reaching.
Among the 2,977 victims of these attacks were two members of the Hockey Universe:
Garnet βAceβ Bailey and Mark Bavis were scouts for the Los Angeles Kings who were aboard United Airlines Flight 175 that struck the South Tower, Two World Trade Center.
As the 2001 season was rapidly approaching, Bailey and Bavis were at different stages of their careers, with Bailey, 53, the seasoned pro and Bavis, 31, the youngster on the rise.
Garnet Edward Bailey was born in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan.
Bailey spent 11 seasons playing pro hockey beginning as the 13th overall draft pick by the Boston Bruins in 1966 and was on their Stanley Cup Champion teams in 1970 & 1972, he also had stops with the Detroit Red Wings, St. Louis Blues, and Washington Capitals he spent the 1978-79 season with the World Hockey Association's Edmonton Oilers, where he mentored a teenage rookie from Brantford, Ontario
That player was Wayne Gretzky.
βI was more like a son to him than a teammate,β Gretzky recalls in an interview. βAce may have not been the greatest athlete to play in the NHL, but he taught many players how to be champions, and more importantly, he was a winner as a person.
As well as living with the Bailey's, Gretzky roomed with Bailey on the road and the two became fast friends. βI could count on seeing Ace or my dad or both of them in the stands,β Gretzky said. β[Ace] had a huge influence because, listen, every human - everyone - has his bad days. You know, Ace had that influence on me because he knew the position that I was going to be in, that people didnβt want to hear me having a bad day or a bad time. He taught me a lot about dealing with fans and peopl
