Imo each state having its own laws is not good for the people of a country. What i mean is take California for example the laws here are horrible and the tax is also horrible, but since only California has to deal with it no one else cares, where as if it was universal for all of the country there would be riots because everyone wouldnt stand for the governments bs

Ok so I was checking private student loans via credit unions for a cheaper rate. I stumbled across a credit unions with a 3.25% interest rate with up to 150k loan over 3 years and a 3 year deferral option. At the very bottom it mentions the title of this post. So, in this instance what is a US national? I know for banking and finances we put permanent resident but i assume this doesnβt apply in this case. It also lists permanent residents separately so obviously they donβt consider that to be a US national. Anyone know by chance? Unrelated question: if i defer for 3 years and pay within that time frame do i still have to pay interest?
