I recently discovered that you can look at the GIS tree data in Boulder and filter on species and some other fields. I'm not exactly sure the ownership status of all these trees, but they're pretty much along sidewalks and easement areas.
So I filtered on Siberian Elm larger than 35" diameter and it's about what I expected. Holy cow there's a lot of large ones spewing out their little paper seed pods. They root deep along fences and such and I just want to express my deep hatred for this plant.
If you cut down the mother tree, that's what they want. Oooh yes. Trees are designed to get old and fall over. All of a sudden the mother tree is gone but the roots are still there. Spreading. Being nefarious.
I hate them. They can be impossible to deal with. And those little yellow lined beetles that eat the leaves and shit all over your patio table. I hate them too.
Hey there. So I have two L+ Wilder fodders lying around and my chosen heroes just reset so I'm wondering. Is it worth rushing to get Mishka? I have not heard that much about her yet. Everyone is taling about how cool she looks but not as much about how good she is.
So, is she any good in chapters 37+? Or should I just continue gazing :)?
I’ve been wanting to plant a elm on my property for ages I just like the look of the trees and was reading about moderately resistant American elms like Princeton and was wondering if the same has been done with the European field elm of wych elm and was wanting to know which place has the best ones.
