Hubby and I are really looking at the Mill but, as always, it's tough to get any information without a sales pitch or filling out reams of paperwork and there is scant information online. The prices I can find online for the same build of home are all over the place. They are sending out big ads about 'specials' they are running but to learn anything you have to contact them.
I don't want to waste their time if it turns out to be out of reach for us. So, if anyone has bought there, I'd be curious if you can share pricing info and insight on how the buying/financing process went for you.
