Just a bit confused why males can't also preform? Seems a bit odd to have it gender restricted while most other sports have female and male finals
Hi, Iβm about 30, Iβve been dancing for like 15 years. I had surgery recently and Iβm trying to find something that will help me build core strength again without being super detrimental to my body.
Iβve always enjoyed swimming, and as a dancer, cross training is always important! So I thoughtβ¦ ya know, I bet synchro would be a really cool way for me to do that!
Improve my swimming skills, improve my lung capacity, work the eff out, build strength, learn some cool new dance moves in a completely different arena than Iβve ever experienced, it looks stupidly fun, itβd be a cool way to make friends after covidβs horrific eventsβ¦ hell, why not try it out?!
Iβve been researching, and I canβt find anything thatβs outright like, yes, adult beginners welcome. Itβs all 10-17, which, yay! Get kids into it! But alsoβ¦ I wanna try too. Lol.
Is there a good place to find classes offered near me? Is there like, a web site or something just outright states - hereβs stuff within 50 miles for you? Or something?
