We bought a house in Tavankut, which is located near Subotica. How long does it take for an extract from the register in Subotica after buying a house? It's important for us because we need to get a residence permit, which is given after discharge. The police told us so.

we are visiting Serbia for the coming three days. My girlfriend is seeing her grandma and some extended family.
We are going to stay in Subotica, but will visit Novi Sad for a daytrip as well.
So far we have mainly planned some family visits and some walks around the towns.
As I've never been to Serbia and only know the country from what my girlfriend told me and some research on the Internet I want to ask you people:
Do you have any suggestions as to what we must see (sightseeing), some nice places, maybe some rural areas, or some local food/restaurants we should try?

I'm from Hungary and I'm planning to go to Belgrade in the summer. Hungarian trains go to Subotica and I need a train from Subotica to Belgrade. I searched it on google but I couldn't find one. Could you please help me where to search for Serbian trains?
