Spiritus Mundi Puns

This is less a review than it is my impressions from an initial listen to the whole album.

First of all, I like it. I was not a big fan of his Vampire trilogy of records so this was a welcome departure from that theme. This is definitely back to the Genesis-like work he first did years ago with the Bonamici & Sylvan record except not as overtly imitative of the trio sound. It's much more laid back in sound than that - lots of acoustic tinged rock/pop. His voice is the usual combination of Gabriel and Collins leaning more towards the latter. All in all, it sounds to me as if Phil Collins had done a solo album of proggy ballads in the 70s.

All in all, a very enjoyable record with catchy melodies. Is it groundbreaking and a revelation? No. It's comfort listening that doesn't jar you. Sometimes that's a nice diversion on a Sunday morning.

< Spiritus Mundi**>** - 4/8 M - Our roster is in a spot where we are have limited flexibility in terms of attendance/composition (Around 22-24 people). As many other guilds, we have lost raiders over the course of the last month due to RL/unhappiness with the game, and our progression has taken a hit because of it. Our Goals:

Our goal is to clear Mythic by the end of the Tier, and solidify the roster and prepare for the next tier at the start of next year. We are currently hung on Fetid progression due to our limited roster. We have the first 4 bosses on EZfarm.

What we're looking for:

ENTHUSIASTIC PLAYERS: At this time we are not being picky when it comes to recruiting. If you are interested in mythic raiding, give us a shout. We're interested.

High Importance: Hunter (We literally do not have any raiding hunters atm). Druid (We currently have 1 raiding druid. Versatility in both Balance/Resto would be great).

Medium Importance: Ranged damage. As most guilds, we are heavy on melee and could use a few more ranged of any spec.

TL;DR: I'm creating something, the world has somekind of "tier" for the higher beings, some beings are pure energy, some beings are pure spirit and some beings are non of those. Don't wanna name "celestials", "sentients", "ancients", or that sorta of usual stuff, but something like that based on lore.

In the world of Mereen, the first man out of the evolutionary chain (the broken Elo), was Babsin, he is granted sort of David and Solomon wisdom, even discovered magic! And beyond that he created everything out of his universe, breaking through his own shell of his mind.

Then out of his soul, he built the entire universe, the canvas or the black matter that fills it all, energy, éter, magicka, name it what you wanna but is basically it. The energy, the river, the place, anima mundi where all energy is together. Energy that is equal to soul, anima mundi being equal to the "soul of the world".

Then out of his spirit, he built all the paths, all the ways, all the connections and bridges, and everything we need to do that, so that he can bring his energy to the world, otherwise it'll not be possible. The little man, the bubble, the path, spiritus mundi. The funnel that every energy has to pass through, the "world door".

Then out of his body he built all the phsyical world that we touches. The cup, the vessel, the world, corpus mundi. The physical world.

Then in each phase of self knowing he created beings for some "purpouses" and i don't wanna drawn them just as usual "celestials", cause they live in the sky or some sorta of word construction. Or sentients, or abyssals, or ancients, or stuff like they, even they are indeed this doens't apply the texture of cenario.

The greater ones (Radiants, lucids, manifests... )

There are 3 majour creatures, that symbolizes the soul (2 cranes black and white), the spirit (the monkey and the sloth), and the body (an hipo-taur). These would be pure energy, pure soul, pure éter somekind of this in other worlds. They would be the first separated from the inferior ones if something happens with somekind of corruption. They represent the place that enery resides, inside them.

The lesse ones (Dawn ones or Dusks)

Then 4 lesser, that represents the elements. Fox-bat, mountain-lion, dragon-turtle and manatee. And some others, that represents the spirit, the path that it takes, they are the guides of souls on the other planes.

The inferior ones (Obscures, enclosed, blind...)

Then,

Hi lads and gents, i'm dm'ing for a couple of years the same setup. Is something like our real social-world in a parallel physical world, in the ending of renaissance at 1665. But the worl as it is known has been changed by a big ritual that ruptures the "spiritus mundi (spiritual worl)" and by that means everyone was sent to an "paralell reality or indexed dimension" created by a single mage.

The magic itself is the core for the adventures in the system, but i'm stuck with this new starting season.

We already had a couple of seasons, where i worked around setting up system and working around things where i was building, like inventory system with a season more scavenger style. But for now i pointed EVERYTHING and we are goin to a all-round-epic adventure. In D&D words, from level 1 to 20.

The major plot will appear, thats the way i work. But, the starting plot is somekind blank and every idea that i have is full of tropes and missconcepts that my exhausted post-covid mind only can think. I need help.

Where they are now:

#1 Players are send to a vague wasteland, not even a tree or a hill are there. A new place, new random people, nothing to hold onto. A spiritual being assumes form of the noble leader of a castle and then brings from the another reality somekind of a "hold" to the 70~100 people that are on the plains (players included). No water, no food, no wood and no nothing. Just a couple of mages and normal persona in majority.

#2 Mages found cave system that leads to ravine with water, made some rome stuff to bring water up and starts to minning minerals.

#3 Players had 2 tests on routing an scouting.
#3.1 - A player sees a big tower rampanting through the sky (was a critical failure with magic effects envolved)
#3.2 - Another player sees an oasis in the middle of the wasteland (was a critical success with critical magical effects envolved)

The players formed a party to scout the place and is the only time that i can bond them for the entire campaign. My players tend to go separated paths.

But they're tending to go to the oasis, and i'm without ideas, the best one was to surprise them with a complete society living there with a full political-neutral market and developed society and economics, somekind like they was black-out for years, and someone gives them after a purify group ritual that shows them their true nature (somekind of horror one-shot passing in nightmares) and when they're true to themselves they can see the

I only found this out today because I have a 500 word (minimum) college assignment to read this poem and a few other war poems. I was astounded to have find this out because I had just finished watching this last episode before hoping online to my college, opening the poem, and realizing that this is the same one Haniwa read to Kofun.

this is also an intrinsic problem with meditation and why most seem to get somewhat crippled by it, both levels are reshaped and unless you have an idea of the right direction to go in (which can only be got by reading widely of great minds) then you are thrown into the maw of malfunction, which as i say is the usual result simply because the normal context of meditation is reading trash and being in a religion which blinkers the view
