Ciao a tutti, primo post qui.
I miei genitori sono i due soci dell'azienda di famiglia, che è una snc. L'azienda non è grande (3 dipendenti) ed è completamente gestita dalla mia famiglia (e tutti i guadagni quindi vanno al mio nucleo familiare), ma ha comunque un buon giro d'affari per le sue dimensioni. Premetto che io mi occupo di tutt'altro e non sono direttamente coinvolto nella gestione, ma mi è capitato di leggere che fiscalmente potrebbe aver senso passare ad una srl, ma nulla di troppo quantitativo. I miei genitori sono un po' riluttanti, specialmente perchè costerebbe fatiche burocratiche che non hanno voglia di affrontare (d'altra parte son quasi 30 anni che vanno avanti così...).
Mi piacerebbe capire se la convenienza è davvero consistente oppure non cambierebbe un granchè. Nel primo caso con dati alla mano potrei provare a convincerli. Ad esempio la spesa per gli atti di cambio di società a quanto potrebbe ammontare circa? Si ripagherebbe in un tempo ragionevole con il risparmio su qualcos'altro?
Avere una srl avrebbe qualche svantaggio in termini di restrizioni di spese effettuabili con l'azienda? Attualmente le finanze familiari e quelle aziendali sono di fatto un tutt'uno, credo che sarebbe un problema se non fosse più così.

PS: so che un grosso vantaggio delle srl è (come dice il nome) la responsabilità limitata, quindi il non rispondere che il proprio patrimonio personale dei debiti dell'azienda. Questo è un vantaggio che mi piacerebbe non considerare nella risposta che cerco, nel senso che non è una cosa che ci interessa. Principalmente la cosa che vorrei inquadrare meglio è il risparmio fiscale.

I found something strange and I would like to share it with you, because you may have the same experience or any ideas. The issue concerns MV planar imaging QA for the MV portal image of a Varian linac. In my clinic we used SNC Machine MV QA phantom to measure image quality of the MV portal imager of a linac and we used 6MV and 10MV beams to acquire the images. We analyzed the images with SNC Machine's software and we found that for the high energy beam, contrast was higher compared to the contrast value for the low energy beam and this is strange.

Pessoal de contabilidade: para a tabela de códigos de contas, têm conhecimento de alguma tabela que seja complementada com todos os códigos de contrapartida (débitos no cód X vs. crédito no código ou códigos A, B e C)?
Fiz uma pesquisa (admitidamente não muito exaustiva) e não encontrei. No máximo encontrei alguns artigos específicos, como este, que é para processamento de salários.
As we all know, the SNC has been hotly debated not only on r/pakistan, but also on Twitter, television (the infamous Hoodbhoy vs Mariam Chughtai debates), etc etc. I think that until now there has been little written about the actual issues and the actual content in the SNC and the focus has been more on more frivolous issues.
Well, I recently came across a series of articles by Dr Anjum Altaf who was formerly the Dean of the school of social sciences in LUMS. He is going through each book in SNC one by one and reviewing them:

You can access the previous parts from the bottom of the page. And he is continuously adding more reviews. I especially like his review on 'zero' (I believe that is part III).
Before you disagree with his criticism on the basis on him being 'elitist', part of the LUMS crowd, do keep in mind that Mariam Chughtai, the architect of SNC, is herself a professor at LUMS:P
EDIT - it did come to my attention I was wrong on the weight of the dream chaser. I thought it was (without much cargo) light enough to be on the Neutron. That isn't apparently true. Still. Manned space flight from Neutron sounds like a great goal. Manned flight is still too dang expensive.

SNC has an amazing space plane (Dream Chaser) that is only $50million per launch - which would make it the cheapest overall launch vehicle to date when the initial research and development costs get burned out of that price.
The only problem is ULA's launch vehicle costs $200 million to launch the space plane into LEO.
The space plane is well within the 8,000kg limit.
Dream Chaser is also already contracted for 6 missions to the ISS.
Knowing how behind Blue Origin and ULA are with the BE-4 engines....this makes the Dream Chaser a prime contractual target for the Neutron.
I have no doubt that Beck's crack team can take their proven technology to the next level, and take the cheapest reusable space plane to the ISS.

Domanda spero semplice.
Mio papa' e' socio di una snc al 33%, ha ormai 70 anni, si e' rotto i coglioni, vuole vendere la sua quota e scavarsi dalle palle.
Valutazione della sua quota da commercialista 80k, gli altri due soci ne offrono 30.
Mi rendo conto che la soluzione migliore sarebbe trovare un compromesso con gli altri due, ma se non ce la fanno, quali sono gli scenari?
La mia preoccupazione personale sarebbe che questi ne aprano un'altra in parallelo, trasferiscano i clienti e lascino morire quella attuale. fattibile? legale?
