Has anyone been to this outlet? Is it worth stopping at? I have to drive down south this weekend and it is a few miles off my route not sure if itβs worth making the detour.

Hello! After visiting the Outer Banks last week, we're back to the US South but this time we're in the mountains! It seems that most locations in this map are in towns or close to towns, so it shouldn't feel too wild.
Beware: the map features locations in Tennessee only, and it has a fairly broad scope- it includes the mountains north of Knoxville too, even though they aren't part of the Great Smokys.

Title says it. Going to Pigeon Forge for Labor Day with a buddy of mine. Looking for recommendations for the best courses around the smokies?
For context, we would be vacationing in mid-june. We are fairly devoted hikers so that is going to be our main outlet, but if there are things you would totally recommend besides any hiking, I would love to hear them!
I'm of special interest to really good restaurants, and non tourist trap things (last time we came I got sucked into tourist stuff).
