OOTL: Is there some sort of unspoken rule regarding gunrunning and business battles?

I am a relatively new player, I will sometimes participate in business battles and steal goods. Sometimes doing this will cause the person I stole the goods from to get upset and follow me with their oppressor even after the event is over. I thought that the point of business battles was for people to try to steal it, but is there an unspoken rule that no one messes with anyone trying to sell goods?

Small business owners and Etsy sellers: How do you still send small items for a cheap price to customers? ( because you can not send small items in envelopes anymore since 2020 in the European Union) Please help me ( Shipping costs increased, small businesses won't sell as much because of new rules

Dear People,

I am reaching out to you today VERY DESPERATELY because I have no idea where else to go with my question. My questions is simple: How do people who own a small online business ( webshop ) or have an Etsy store still find a cheap way to send their items to their customers?

The reason I am asking this:

As some of you might know, the rules for sending small items ( between 0 - 100 grams have changed ) in the European Union. Since the start of 2020 it is not possible anymore to include small items in an ( bubble plastic ) envelope.

On my local post office website there is a statement which says that you can not include small items in envelopes anymore. These are supposed to be registered as a package now. The costs for sending small items as a package are a lot more expensive then when you could still ship these items in an envelope. And it also says that people who are not following these rules, that when they still ship items in envelopes, that there is a chance the envelope will be returned to the sender, or will be destroyed by the border of the country where it has been send to.

For example: People who have been selling stickers, cards, small jewelry and keychains, now have to pay โ‚ฌ 7,50 shipping costs for sending their item to a customer, instead of โ‚ฌ 1,50 to โ‚ฌ 3,00 for a small item weighing not more than 50 grams. As you can see, this is a LOT more. Someone who wants to buy a keychain would have been happy to pay up to about โ‚ฌ 8,-. But with the new regulations, and adding about โ‚ฌ 5,50 to that, which makes the total price about โ‚ฌ 13,50, people are not going to buy from that person anymore.

This is why I am asking your advice. How strict are people who working at post offices nowadays when it comes to this matter?

I see a lot of sellers on Etsy who sell earrings for example, for a low price and with just about a โ‚ฌ 2 to โ‚ฌ 3 euros shipping rate for their item. Now you are not going to tell me that someone is going out of their way to sell a pair of handmade earrings, just to make about โ‚ฌ 4 euros profit, right?

This makes me question if people are still including items in envelopes nowadays. Especially because you can also see that these items have arrived to the customers ( because of the reviews they posted ).

Phones should have an unskippable pop-up that shows the business hours and basic rules of a store every time someone walks through the doors.

Basically you're on your phone. You are walking into a restaurant with a smoothie.

*DING* RESTAURANT NAME - Business hours 8 A - 8 P. No outside foods or beverages.

or you're a parent on your phone with your kids around and you try and walk into a bar.

*DING* BAR NAME - NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21. Hours: 5 P - 1 A

Everyone's always on their phones and are often complaining about not seeing signs. This can also apply to returns/refunds sections of a store. The notification will override whatever you're looking at and is set to scroll at a reading pace and can not be skipped.

Being a player and knowing the responsibility of having a fair play, not running a business/self-grief through a game, that affects players competitiveness and effectiveness of said rules.

A Russian Player has ruined our game ending in a 15 min stomp, he actively said racial slurs pertaining to certain region, and shamelessly suspected that he will not receive punishment exclaiming it is Japan server.

match ID - 4661637168

Apparently both jugg and shadow shaman had cautiously purchased meteor hammer and desolator, obviously item pertaining on push strats.

clearly it maybe that he is experienced but saying that he is also russian may say that he is close connected. but it is just an speculation.

clearing out

This match really exemplifies some people abusing the fact that japan server is certainly a hub for booster and might be griefers that people still should point this out and help the community to be better. Games like this offsets the competitiveness of dota and effectively ransacks other people from wanting to be a pro in a game in which this community love. I don't care what happens to jugg or Shaman I just hope that this guy/Nature's Phrophet punished, we may not be the first person to be a victim of this since his account is private, I hope valve helps the community, specially the increase in users in Japan. We don't want grievers if there's an algorithm that can see a person dying every 30 seconds of even 10 mins, they should be punished, even in low priority, learning curves is hard for people, but learning through toxicity is what makes learning impossible.

Have a good day!

One outfit to rule them all? (Double duty as business-casual and everyday wear)

A few recent business trips have taught me just how much I love being able to pack all my clothes into a personal-item sized backpack, and not have to screw around with luggage. The problem is that most of my "casual" wear consists of jeans with a pair of boots. It doesn't look that great to start with - it was fine in college, not so much now as a 30-year old man - and requires me to pack separate pants and shoes when I travel for work.

I want to redevelop my wardrobe to basically function for both everyday casual wear and my work attire (business casual) on the bottom half - I can figure shirts out on my own.

Business casual for my job is very casual - I do have to wear nicer shirts/ties/suits on occasion, but I can deal with keeping separate garments around for that. What I'm trying to find is a pant/shoe combination that I can wear with either a nice t-shirt/sweater or with a polo/more relaxed button down shirt and not have it look out of place.

So far I've settled on buying a few pairs of chino-style pants like this: https://www.amazon.com/Dockers-Straight-Original-Seasons-Steelhead/dp/B077ZDGJBJ/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=docker%27s+original+khaki&qid=1572747304&sr=8-5 in olive, gray, navy, and brown. Any better suggestions? I run very warm and have a "stocky" build.

Shoes I'm a more torn on - I've been either thinking a pair of dark brown derby's with some sort of brogue. Maybe a canvas/suede shoe? Long-term comfort is pretty important for this, as I'd like it to be something I can wear while on my feet all day. Any other thoughts?
