Basically, if you buy something, and you want to have your friend visit to buy something for the battlepass weeklies, then your friend will be unable to purchase what you already purchased.
So, this is probably a dumb question, but... I made a non-fermented salsa verde, and it's been in the fridge for a while. I went to eat some today, and it's got some fizz to it and it is clearly fermenting. I did not make a brine or do any kind of proper fermenting, it's just basically 'going bad' I'm assuming. There is no mold growth or anything else, and the taste is actually kind of interesting, but ya, I guess I'm just here to double-check what I am assuming: that you can't safely 'ferment' stuff like this, because you don't have a brine preventing the growth of the bad bacteria. Does my slightly carbonated salsa verde go in the compost? :)

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
