Assalamoalaikum everyone.
I am a prospective MBBS student who has the wonderful opportunity to pick between
2 Private Medical Universities. Ziauddin Medical College and Liaquat National Medical College.
I've received offer letters from both Universities, and am not sure which to pick.
Some people I've talked to tell me one is better, others tell me the other is better and offers better clinicals (Liaquat).
If any of you are doctors, I need your help in making a decision. Could you explain the Pros and Cons that you see in each University.
Thing is, I only got the call from Liaquat today. Whereas, I was already ready to pay the fees at Ziauddin because I received the letter on Thursday. And tomorrow is the last day to pay the fees at Ziauddin. I am short on time to make a decision, because either I give in my documents and submit the pay order to Ziauddin, or accept the Liaquat offer.
I also would like to know, which University offers better research facilities and opportunities. I feel that is important. And whether my relatives (some of whom are Doctors themselves) are right about how the Clinicals at Liaquat will be better.
Any and all help and info is greatly appreciated.
