Question is in the title, my prawn doesn't have any upgrades yet so I can't grapple my way up
So I recently signed up to Powershop and they have that free offer to get a smart meter installed so I can get up to date information rather than the old kind. However I recently just spoke to a sparky who said that those smart meters increase bill prices. He said that he’s had a mate that worked at this energy provider (I won’t say which) that said that between a particular time they increase the usage between a part of the day, like 3-9, and that sounded like he was talking about on peak and off peak, but he said the rate remains the same it’s just the usage increases, which I told him the Powershop plan is single rate, and he said it doesn’t matter, that the smart meters will bring in higher power bills regardless of whichever plan you’re on.
What are peoples thoughts on this? BS? What are your experiences with smart meters with single rate bills.
And I don’t mean like a final smash, which is a wildly unbalanced mess, but something more akin to traditional fighting games.
For example, if you let Go! Be an actual meter instead of coming out at 100% and letting Terry spam it, it would probably be way less annoying.
With someone like Sephiroth you could make winged form a temporary boost to your stats by using your meter.
For someone like Joker he should probably just loose the meter and use Arsene for specials and smash attacks or something, give him some other less dumb thing instead.
As an added bonus Ken and Ryu could actually get cool final smashes instead of wasting them on their SF supers unlike Terry who gets an whole new cinematic final smash
I live in a semi detached granite house with quite high ceilings and a large under floor cavity so it’s a pain to heat.
My energy company went bust so I got moved onto a shite British Gas tariff and my bills flew up!
Today alone I was £3.50, which is just an hour of heating in the morning and an hour of heating in the evening!
