Hey guys .I'm looking for a budget friendly(4k-10k) resort / stay with a decent view and privacy. I don't go out that much and have no experience in this matter. I just want to set my problems aside and just chill for a day. Most of the online reviews seems sketchy and fabricated. YouTube reviews on the other hand were like lengthy advertisements. Any suggestions ?!!

I am planning to visit Munnar in January 2022. I will be staying for 2.5-3 days of stay in munnar. I have googled things to do in Munnar and have come up with some interesting points like Kokkumalai Sunrise point and boating and Mattupetty dam. But need suggestions about what other things I can do in Munnar. I have read about some cycling trails etc. And also about the tea gardens. But not sure which one should I visit.

Hi all,
After having so much pressure from family to take them on a vacation, I booked flight tickets from Hyderabad to Kochi along with a hotel stay (non-refundable) at Munnar for this week. It's been raining a lot in Munnar and is expected to rain even in the coming days as per the Weather app. My questions:
- Is it safe to still travel to Munnar despite the rains? We will get down the flight at Kochi and are planning to take a local cab to Munnar.
- All the adults in the family are fully vaccinated. However, I have two kids < 5 years old. I am confused if they will need to get RT-PCR done both before arrival to Kochi and departure from Kochi.
- Since we are travelling only via local cabs, do I still be bothered to get an e-pass? Are there are gotchas in getting an e-pass?
- Any other obvious tips?

Update: trip went well. It rained only in the evenings in Munnar and that too not very heavily. At the airport, none of the documents were asked. I carried RT-PCR, vaccination certificates and e-pass just to be safe.
Hey, so as the title suggests, which are the must go to places in Munnar
So I'm going to Munnar tomorrow and I need some suggestions on where to visit. I've been there a few times and all the places the people suggests are too crowded and is just a commercial tourist spot. So can ya people suggest places to visit, good food joints and some fun things to do there
