Hey everyone! Iβm spending my first Christmas in my first house, and after years of waiting I can FINALLY decorate the outdoors after years of living in small basement apartments.
Iβm going to be buying all my outdoor decorations this year, so I was wondering what everyoneβs preference is. Crazy multicolour lights and decorations? Or a more aesthetic cool / white light theme?

When I can down from putting LO to sleep, DH seemed off. I had to pry a bit, but turns out Multicolour Mary sent DH a text earlier this evening. I thought he blocked her, but apparently only on WhatsApp and not on his phone.

He doesn't understand why she keeps trying and was once again contemplating sending her a letter to explain to her what has happened, what she did. I think I was able to talk him out of it. As you can read in my post history you can see he told her multiple times already and she just won't stop. He fears she will never stop. He is also anxious of going back to his hometown, scared if people would treat him differently. Luckily DH had a therapist appointment tomorrow. I have one myself next week and I plan to bring it up as well.
He doesn't plan on responding. He says he has enough on his plate already. I hate to see how she can still, after more than a year, makes him feel this way. Will it ever stop?

As a reminder, we've been NC with Multicolour Mary for over a year at this point. That doesn't stop her shenanigans though! But who am I kidding here, I never thought it would.
This time I will be mainly talking about JMBIL1. A little bit of backstory: JMBIL1(30yo) married JYSIL1 two years ago. I've never really liked JMBIL1, but brushed it off, sometimes people just don't click, amirite? Well, turns out JMBIL1 had a really hard time during the pandemic. JYSIL1 contacted me a few times early this year about how poorly he is doing, asking me what she could do to help him, as I was going through the same thing with D(ear)H. I told her he needed therapy, this wasn't something she could fix for him. I didn't hear from her after that.
So next thing we hear from JMBIL1, is that he separated from his wife and moved back in with Multicolour Mary! That was a few months ago.
And now onto the main subject. JMBIL1 and DH were texting yesterday. They don't text alot, so DH was showing me the texts as he wanted me to know what was going on. While I was reading, JMBIL1 send DH a novel of text.
It was horrible and dripping of Multicolour Mary. JMBIL1 is now permanently promoted to JNBIL.
JNBIL rambled about how Multicolour Mary was a grandmother now and only allowed to see her grandchild one time and if DH really thought that was right. That he never would consider seeing DH if it would exclude Multicolour Mary. If DH didn't understand what Multicolour Mary did for them growing up. That DH was so lucky that he was allowed to continue his education even after one failed semester. How DH got a thousand chances and that is was about time Multicolour Mary would get just the one chance.
DH was shocked when he read the message. He immediately grabbed a notebook and started crafting a response, while ranting about the bullshit text. When he was done writing, he looked at me and said: "I was planning to send him this letter, but he will never understand." Instead he send him:
I can see this is a hard boundary for you. I will respect this. I hope there will be a time the two of us are able to see eachother again.

I have a habit/love of dark jeans and I'm not kind to my bags so a lot of the lighter bags I have also have denim stains. None of them are super lux so I haven't bothered to clean them... if you have tips, I'm all ears, lol.
