What Are Some Soft Magnesium-Rich Foods To Relax Muscles?

I'd rather not take supplements, so other than bananas, avocados, and oatmeal, anyone know of any other magnesium-rich foods that those of us on soft diets can eat?

I'm trying to relax the muscles in my face, shoulders, back, and neck more as I'm sure this is the main issue I have from tension (trying all the usual things with TMJ specialist and to reduce stress as well). Looking at the recommended amount of magnesium for adults and how much I'm eating each day has made me realize I'm not even getting 20% of what I need.

Even with a bowl of oatmeal, 5 bananas and an avocado its not reaching daily value levels.

edit:
I asked for foods and specifically said Id rather not take supplements. It's the first sentence. WTF

Bruh did you know bone broth is good for you? Bones themselves are rich in vitamins and nutrients, including calcium, magnesium, and phosphorous. Also, brewing connective tissue into bone broth provides the body with natural compounds from the cartilage.

Hello friends, need questions answered about magnesium rich foods, retainers while rolling and music recommendations.

Hello beautiful people of this subreddit, on Monday, I’m planning on rolling for the second time ever. The 3 month mark is here (well technically like 2 months and a half). I had a rather bad experience my first time because I was a dumbass doing it in an environment in my parents house at night and I got seriously paranoid. This time though, I’ll be having a good environment during the day. I have a few questions:

  1. I’ve heard foods that are rich in Magnesium can work just as good as magnesium supplements. I have a bunch of almonds. How many should I eat to prevent my jaw from locking so hard and at what time of the day should I eat them (like before or during the roll)?
  1. I also have some dental retainers. Will these be a safe option to grind my teeth on? If so, can it potentially cause damage to my retainers?

  2. I’m also looking for music recommendations. I don’t want anything slow or calm, I’m looking for EDM/Dubstep/Trap with tons of bass. Basically something I can dance to. Any recommendations?

Edit: Travis Scott is my favorite trap artist so if you have any trap recommendations that’s more or less my style, I’m still open to your recommendations. Also, I’ve never really been a fan of EDM/Dubstep (well I listened to a bunch of mainstream EDM during 2015 but I wasn’t that into it to the point where I’d follow artists and listen to their albums) but Skrillex’s old music gives me nostalgia. I really loved a bunch of his stuff and that’s something I’ll definitely be listening to on the roll. I’m pointing this out to give you guys insight on the style I’m looking for.

Edit #2: I’m sorry for the edits I just keep forgetting a bunch of questions I had in mind. So I heard taking a shower on MDMA is fucking amazing. At what time of the roll do you guys usually take a shower?
