A list of puns related to "Local Exchange Carrier"
I also have a car accident on my record from may last year. Iβll have to wait 3 years right before locals will hire me? Or is it five years? Again I mean will LOCAL companies hire me?
I've been buying from TCGplayer for a few years now, and I've only had about 7 or 8 packages lost in the mail.
Unfortunately, 5 of those have been in the past three months. Currently I'm awaiting 2 orders from late November/early December that are almost certainly lost in the mail. I'm a bit wary to mark them as lost, since having so many "lost in the mail" orders in such a short time frame will no doubt flag my account.
I'm considering just eating the lost order costs, since they were small orders only worth a couple bucks.
It's not the sellers faults, since I order from storefronts with good ratings. Plus I was talking to my neighbor the other day and apparently, he also hasn't been getting a few of his mail/packages delivered (they're not being stolen by porch pirates since I live in a nice gated community). So I assume there's something clogging up mail in my local mail pipeline.
I get that holiday seasons are pretty rough on mail delivery... but it's been happening since September for me.
... and my "good thing" to report with these thank-yous is that she said that not only are they no problem, they make HER happy too!
Today's thanks go to:
u/NewNewRubberDucky - Thank you so much for sending me one of your multigenerational cards - what a cool idea! And thank you very much for telling me about your New Year's traditions. I always spent them with my wife, almost always out of town. This year we are separated so I am going to have to figure out how to make a new tradition with no one to kiss and dance with!
u/kyhicks - Your joke on the botanical postcard made me smile! Thank you!
u/slobber_bones - I hope PseudoAlaska was kind to you :) What is funny is they put the postmark on your postcard right over where you'd written Alaska in "(pseudo) greetings from Alaska!" so it looks like it would if someone crossed out the postmark and wrote Alaska in it. Maybe a dumb thing but I sure got a kick out of it. Also I had no idea there would be puffins so that was WONDERFUL.
u/CupidKat - Not only was your World Postcard Day barn postcard beautiful, your "Pink Pengin" drawing was marvelous! I was so impressed.
u/ribeyecut - I have something in common with your Subpar Yellowstone postcard, which is that TOO MANY GRAY ROCKS could also be the slogan for my yard. It has what is euphemistically called "desert landscaping" but it really means "nothing ever grows here, just give up and pile rocks on it and hope your five scrubby plants don't expire." LOL. Thank you so much for the card!
u/GizmoDOS (x2) - Thank you so much for the two wonderful postcards! Especially the reminder to stay hydrated. Being new to Arizona that is not always easy for me to remember. And the butterfly sticker was truly amazing. Thank you so much, again!
u/seriouswalking - I love your Halloween pun card! For me, fall is a great time to get cozy and read books as well, though it's a bit different now than it was when I lived in Pennsylvania. There, I loved staying in and snuggling and reading, or going for a drive and leaf-peeping and then finding a park to sit in and read. Here in the southwest, I'm not exactly surrounded by color-changing leaves, but I'm trying to relax and enjoy what I hope will be the nicest season of the year here. (PS: My TBR pile is embarrassing right now, way too many. But I've been spending all my reading time writing postcards soooooo...)
Thank you all again!
Cellcom is a local carrier that apparently has exclusive rights to CDMA network in Marathon County, Wisconsin. Googling though I don't see any info on this other than an old reddit thread. Where can I find more info on this? When does it expire? Does it apply only to CDMA, but LTE stuff is not included? I'm looking for an MVNO on Verizon network because they have the coverage I need in Upper Michigan, and nobody else does. And using the map at https://fcc.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=6c1b2e73d9d749cdb7bc88a0d1bdd25b it looks like I also have coverage at home in the Cellcom contract area.
Follow the yellow brick road...
Iβm wondering if I should activate Google Fi before leaving to Japan, or if I should use a local carrier when I get there? Iβll have two lines active, and am indifferent about keeping the number I have.
