A list of puns related to "Lifecare"
So this company called Lifecare, have experimented for more than 10 years to find an easy way to measure diabetes and glukose. Fortunatly, this technology they have developed, is also something that can be used to test for Covid19. Lifecare have a 25% share in the company called. Digital Diagnostics AG in Germany. This german company has the right to use this sencor technology, to develop the corona test. This is a test that does not require any antigenes in the body like traditional tests today. This test finds the virus immidiatly. No labs required, and you have the answer in 5 minutes. In that sense, society can reopen quickly. They have been working with and testing the test since march 2020. Everything seems to be ready in a few days/weeks now. Look at Digital Diagnostics AG webpage:

To buy stocks in DD, you need to buy stocks in LIFECARE in the norwegian/EURONEXT stock marked. One stock costs under 50 cent. Total MCAP of the company today? Around 30-35 mill EUR. I guess that some big pharma is going to buy Lifecare. Lets go together and push the price from 50 Cent to 100 Eur a share. Even with 100 Eur a share, the MCAP will be just 8 billion Euro, which is a low low MCAP considering that Lifecare and DD will reopen the world with this technology.
And after this pandemic, they will be able to do small adjustments, and be able to find other viruses in the coming future. And the test will in the future with this special technology, also be able to find cancer. And did I mention their main product they focused on before Covid 19? Diabetes..
You heard it from me first!!
Long story short, a few months ago I found myself in need of an ambulance so I called 911. The trip was 5 miles, and all that occurred inside the ambulance was vital checks, no medication.
My bill was $1400. Insurance paid all but $550. That seems insane to me but they don't really have any competition. Anyway, they have a program called Lifecare that is $59/year and supposedly will write off about 90% of ambulance charges.
Has anyone used this? I feel like there has to be a catch.
Edit/Update: 4/23 after notifying/ getting the state involved, they will be testing patients. We are now waiting on the national guard to administer tests properly and accurately. The executive director finally admitted that the virus is in the building through a text message to the families last night:
"To The Families of Life Care Centers of Attleboro, This is Patrick O'Connor, the Executive Director. This is a new communication tool installed today so that I may keep you updated on events during this unprecedented time. At this time I have to inform you that we have positive cases of COVid in the facility. Those family members have been contacted already. Please know that we continue to strictly follow all CDC infection control guidelines. We will keep you updated with any further events.
Thank you, Patrick"

Does anyone else have a relative in this facility? My grandmother is a resident and the virus is running rampant inside, along with a stomach virus. The facility has not been testing residents because they do not have access to the test, but my mother is trying to get the state to investigate. Speaking with the facility and elder services, it seems that the national guard may get involved to come test the residents.
They were still doing activities up until about 2 weeks ago, and making residents leave their rooms to go get weighed, etc. Apparently they did not follow the most basic social distancing protocols.
While they're locked down now, I know my grandmother says most of the residents in her wing are sick and part of the nursing home serves/served as a rehab facility so there's all kinds of opportunities for cross contamination to occur. Unfortunately she became ill a few days ago with what is likely Covid19. She has COPD (her husband smoked) so of course this is troubling. I hear some are worse off, however.
I have heard stories from other LifeCare facilities that are quite similar. When this is over, I'm afraid we will learn that the stories in the news are only the tip of the iceberg and that many of the most vunerable suffered with little or no hope of treatment in these facilities.
And our numbers only went up by 33....does that mean the only people who got tested and showed positive were them?? This seems highly unlikely if more tests were actually done.
Check out Lifecare, norwegian company with soon to be, hopefully, approved COVID 5 minute spit-test, which test for Antigen instead of Antibody. The test is named Cantisense.
They are also developing a continous glucose measuring device, and recently recieved got enrolled in a project funded by EU to battle diabetes. https://finansavisen.no/nyheter/helse/2020/10/02/7573140/det-norske-selskapet-lifecare-kan-revolusjonere-livet-til-folk-med-diabetes
The vast majority of the deaths in Washington have been linked to LifeCare Center. However, none of the six deaths reported today were connected to LifeCare in any way, details below.
There's no information on if these members of our community had pre-existing conditions or other health complications.
Condolences to all the grieving family members out there.

Hi,
I was wondering whether anybody had recently made this pattern?
https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/tunisian-onesiepreemie
The pattern calls for
>Snakes and Ladders stitch (described by Rebecca Jones in her TRICOT book). .... This is also called a relaxed stitch.
Does anybody have a youtube video of this stitch? Or can confirm that the stitch in this video is the one?
I am looking into making this onesie as my next project and would appreciate any insight. I am especially interested how much yarn you used. I am planning on using worsted weight to get a larger size.
I am looking for any updates on the status of the tests for the lifecare facility in Kirkland??
