A list of puns related to "Ivar"
Hey everyone,
I recently came across this Ivar hack and have absolutely fallen in love with these style furniture legs.
No, the Pinterest post(and other places Iβve seen it) did not credit OP, so I have no idea where they got them.
Iβve been searching google for over an hour and have come nowhere close to finding someone who manufactures them.
Also google image searched and only found other mid century/scandi pieces with the legs but no mention if I can purchase them elsewhere.
Anyone have suggestions on where I might be able to find these kinds of legs?
I try to play Ivar the boneless for 2 days now and I made at least 5 games that I all lost...
There is always something that goes wrong.
- right from the start, Wessex, Alba and/or France team up and wipe me.
- halfdan or others viking leader that attack my stater armies
- I don't manage to have a bigger title than the staring one so once the succession kicks, I loose 90% of my territory/vassals
- etc, etc.
I'm at a total loss here with this starting, I have no idea what to do.
I already make some good game, with Bjorn and with little king murchad, but I just can't play ivar for some reason.
Do you have some advices ?
Edit : Also what's with the starter armies, they can't replenish, is that normal ?
After the initial wars are done, they arent that useful
When Ivar and Hvitserk returned to Kattegat, it had quite surprised and bothered me by how not even one of them asked where Ubbe was. Especially Hvitserk since he loved him the most.
Don't get me wrong, he is a great character and I love to hate him, but by God do I hate him. I'm still in the first half of season 6, so I don't know how it all ends, but I really don't want him to win. I don't know what side this sub leans towards, as this is my first time here, but if this is an Ivar loving sub, I apologize for my incendiary speech!
John Kenneth Galbraith remarked: βKreuger flourished during the boom years of the twenties; it is the nature of the boom that the men who have confidence and do not ask questions look with uneasiness on the suspicious men who do. Β And we may lay it down as an absolute rule that, given an excess of confidence, there will be confidence men to take advantage of it.β Stay strong apes and stack come what may.
Stabbing bjorn? I know it's left ambiguous if it was him or not but I think it was judging by the look on his face after he did it. Also the conversation they had on the beach. What did it mean too them? Did they still love each other despite all the fighting? Is it in some ways Ragnar's fault the boys were set against each other?.
