A list of puns related to "Imperial Government"
Taking inspiration from the Foundation, I want to make an empire like that of the Cleon Dynasty. Can I make an empire where the rulers are all the same? Additionally can they be named Cleon I, Cleon II, so on? If I canβt do this naturally, how to do it modding wise?
At first I thought maybe left-leaning govtβs power focuses on domestic issues (why we may feel like it has lots of power over us) while right-leaning govtβs power goes into international affairs. But that doesnβt really make sense because many conservatives want the govt to focus on its own hardworking citizens, plus the US tended to get involved more in wars during the more left-leaning presidencies throughout history. So now Iβm stumped!
So Sorry for my english
Whenever I use an imperial government my leaders always have the most useless possible traits and agendas. Is there anyway to influence the imperial leader pool?
The Jair Bolsonaro government works to transform the National Museum - whose building and part of the collection were partially destroyed by fire in September 2018 - into a tourist center dedicated to the imperial family that ruled Brazil until the proclamation of the Republic in 1889. The initiative is articulated by enthusiasts of the monarchy from inside and outside the government. The main defender on the Esplanade is Foreign Minister Ernesto AraΓΊjo, an exponent of the government's ideological wing and close to the monarchist movement. He held meetings on the topic and appointed assistants to accompany the museum's reconstruction process with the aim of changing its purpose. Iphan, the National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute, and the Ministry of Tourism have participated in articulations with the MEC, Ministry of Education. Deputy Luiz Philippe de OrlΓ©ans e BraganΓ§a, from the PSL, a descendant of the Brazilian royal family, is also one of the drivers. The idea of ββthe monarchist group is that the palace of SΓ£o CristovΓ£o, former residence of the monarchs Pedro 1st and 2nd, be reconfigured to house a center dedicated to imperial Brazil. The argument is that the reconfiguration would have tourist appeal and would preserve the country's historical memory. The museum's scientific collection would be destined for an annex to the property. The National Museum is a facility with an academic and scientific profile, and has a central role in research in areas such as social anthropology, archeology, zoology and botany. It has been linked to the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, UFRJ, since the 1930s - hence the articulation of the monarchists with the MEC. The palace has been the home of the National Museum since 1892, making it the oldest scientific institution in the country. The initiative would, therefore, misrepresent the use that has been given to space since the beginning of the republican period in Brazil. The plan involves an attempt to dispose of the UFRJ building so that the Bolsonaro administration has autonomy to run the project. The possibility is monitored by Ernesto's team, which articulates possible international financial support. An overvaluation of the monarchy is a hot topic among Bolsonaro's conservative allies. Ernesto has already made several deferences to the Brazilian monarchic past, as well as Abraham Weintraub, former Minister of Education. In the front line of the initiative is also the superintendent of IPHA
... keep reading on reddit β‘Obviously, there are a lot of incompetent rulers and planetary governments among the fiefdom that is the Imperium. What does a competent one look like, and are there any specific in-lore examples of such a thing?
I'm so sick of the ruler dying, then the Heir takes over at like 80 years old and he dies soon after.
The Heir shouldn't be chosen practically immediately so the lifespan is more spread out between the ruler and heir.
EDIT: Apparently the chance of a heir to be chosen is 5% per day. If it was lowered to like 0.1% per day, or 5% per month, I think it would help.
(Or where it starts very low, and the older the ruler gets, the more likely a hair is chosen every month.)
